Amazing and welcoming store, i've been coming here for a few years now, made some lovely friends and there are always plenty of events going on.

I have been to a lot of local game stores and I'm so lucky to say the friendliest and nicest one is in my home town! Collecteebles is a warm and welcoming store. CJ, Steve, and the entire team have crafted a environment of fun. Regardless it's your first time in the store or you 100th someone will always be here to inform you on what to buy or invite you into learning a new game. I'm in multiple times a week just to check in with all the friendly faces and often leave with a surprising find from the card cabinet. Definitely worth the trip if you're from a surrounding town or even London and want a bonus spot to hang.

Visit the store frequently, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Making the hobby accessible in a time that it’s really difficult being a collector. In regards to making the slightest of tears in the seal of sealed product if it’s to keep cards and product for the people who collect as a hobby and not scalpers just looking to make a quick buck I’m all for it! Good on them!

As a beginner to Pokemon and other tcg it can be really daunting going into a shop like this, but that was absolutely the opposite of my experience within this shop. The atmosphere was so welcoming and everyone was so helpful, they could not do enough for you. The staff are well informed, the shop is bright and inviting and I can't wait to go back.

One of the best and most friendly places ive ever been to! Truly wonderful people and the store is huge! I travel 5 hours to come here a few times a year and I love my time here every time 😇🥰

This shop was an absolute lifesaver. Such great staff and such great community. If you are thinking about going to this place.. Go!! I like going to the tournaments and personally, I don’t think I would go anywhere else for tournaments. The staff are so kind and will help you with anything you need. They have everything. Pokemon binders, graded cards, sealed products and bulk! Definitely recommend 👍

Love this store, all employees are super friendly and my go to place when I need to have a bit of relaxation.

Prices are always fair and have a great selection of products.

This store isn’t just a store it’s been a god saver for being able to play the card games, make new friends and actually be able to buy products at good prices. Being able to go into the store on release day and pick up the new mega evolution set was amazing, I just wanted to open the packs so I didn’t mind at all about the boxes being opened on purchase. (Also the store offered a charge to keep it sealed if you donated to the food bank) this hobby has been let down massively by a small few but collecteebles keeps it going strong! Best store I’ve been to.

I've just read online today October 21st 2025 that these guys are ripping Pokemon collection boxes before selling them I'm seriously considering reporting this practice as this ruins the hobby for people. When I thought I found a place where we could all receive a fair deal. This is not right

Ordered 2x cards with a total value of £26. Never turned up.

Tracking says it was delivered, but no help from the company at all. Understand it may be down to the postal service, but it would have been nice to receive at least a bit of guidance.

Amazing LGS. Great selection of products. Cannot fault service, owner and staff always polite and helpful. Price is always good. Always looking out for the community. Cannot recommend this place enough.
