If I could give 0 starts I would. I orderd 2 item's on 14th January, still have not received them. No communication. Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago after chasing updates and I'm still waiting for my refund. Horrendus company. Avoid at all costs. I want my money back?!

I don’t know what’s happened to this company. They used to be fabulous so I had no problem using their sister site to trade as I had traded with them many times before. That was a mistake. I sent my pops in January. I was told the trade was processed on Feb 2nd. Still not had payment.

I’ve emailed them and I get no response. What was once a wonderful team is now just a scam it’s sad.

Ordered in December.
Product has not arrived, the company has not responded to emails asking for an update or a refund.
These people are scammers and thieves.

Pre-ordered, still not in stock after other suppliers had in stock for weeks. No updates, emails ignored, refund request ignored. Wrote off cost & bought elsewhere.

Great product as described and fast delivery ordered a few times and A* everytime

They falsely advertise products they NEVER receive and still take orders for them, they say they will issue refunds but cut contact with the customer and force the customer to chase the refund through their bank or however they paid.
I advise anyone who has tried to use this service to contact trading standards, the more reports they get means they are more likely to investigate and shut down this fraudulent practice.

Love pops for sale always order from them, would definitely recommend.

Don’t buy from them. I waited more than two months for my item to arrive, and it never did. After that, I requested a refund, which I still didn’t receive. The seller never replied to my emails when I asked about the refund. In the end, I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

The company is highly unprofessional and ridiculous. I placed an order back in November 2025 and in between then and now (March 2026) have sent them several contacts, to which I received the most generic responses. Worse though is that instead of providing updates on significant delays or at least being transparent with supply issues, they just sat in silence. Any comms with them I have had to initiate myself.

Currently in the process of seeking a refund.

I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson from them in December with an estimated delivery at the beginning of January. Now March and it still hasn’t arrived. Apart from when I’ve emailed them there has been no communication to say there’s a delay and, having emailed this week, I am now told that they may not be able to get the item at all. Very very disappointed in their customer service. I would say don’t ever buy from them as they obviously advertise goods for sale that they don’t have.

Pre-ordered Lorwyn Eclipsed collector booster box. Then noticed a steady flow of negative reviews coming in on here.
Emailed the company, no response. Phoned the number on their FB all calls unanswered.
They sent a refund on Paypal after I raised a case then cancelled it so I had to escalate it further. Got my money back a few weeks later

AVOID THIS COMPANY, DO NOT PURCHASE.

This company has taken over £600 from me over 2 orders made in October 2025. I ordered 2 chocobo bundles and 1 Lorwyn booster box and none of the orders were fulfilled. It is now 25th Feb 2026 and I have no response from the company. You cannot contact them except via email and they simply do not reply. I have had to chargeback for the entire amount.

Like several others, I was fooled into thinking this was a trustworthy company and ordered the MTG Final Fantasy Chocobo Bundle back on 4th Oct 2025, scheduled for release 5th Dec, with hindsight I've should've checked the legitimacy of the Google reviews on their website, they are not real (the videos on their fb page also seem to be AI generated). Release day came and went, no product, eventually told they weren't allocated enough stock with no guarantee of when they would have more. Requested the order be cancelled on the 24th Dec, they replied on the 26th to confirm the cancellation and that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. Low and behold, no refund has arrived and the only correspondence since chasing was some bullshit about Shopify payment platform having issues. It is now the 22nd February and STILL nothing and am currently pursuing a refund through Klarna.

They clearly have no qualms about selling products they don't have and then ignoring customers after gaslighting them for a few weeks with the prospect of either delivery or refund, they will be reported to Trading Standards. A previous company of the owner of PopsforSale went into liquidation and he has since registered another company (FanofThings) with a website that is almost a carbon copy of Pops, so likewise beware.

I can't speak for people who claim to have had their items delivered from this company, but from my very negative experience I would highly advise anyone reading this to AVOID them and look elsewhere.

If you're unsure about using PopsforSale ... don't ever buy from them.

This was my first purchase from PopsforSale, as they were providing a pre-order item at a great price. Since then, i've regretted ever getting involved with them.

I pre-ordered my item on the 30th September in preparation for it's release date in mid-December and was excited as i'd be able to get the item as gift ready for Christmas.

However I had received no communications as the release date of the item was coming, I still heard nothing after the release date had passed. I contacted their email and was told that due to the high demand for the item I was not included in the first allocation and that they had allocations scheduled until the end of January 2026.

I was really frustrated as I had no prior communication informing me of this and unlike other sellers i've used, they showed no notice of notifying me of this delay before the expected delivery date. However, with the product in high demand I understood these delays could happen and waited until mid January.

I received no item by the end of January and no communications explaining why. When I contacted PopsForSale for an update regarding the delay in my purchase ... they told me that I may cancel my order.

Since then I have contacted them in regards to their complaints procedure on the 30th January, and they have refused to respond to me.

This level of service is absolutely shocking! To order an item at the end of September 2025 and still not receive it nearly 5 months later is disgusting. Not to mention, that when someone wants raise their dissatisfaction with this, they decide to completely ignore their customer and withhold their money.

I would like to think that providing this feedback on this platform will have some impact on them giving back my money on item they have yet to deliver, though im not too hopeful. At the very least, I think that others should know how horrible their customer service is and what you are signing up for if you purchase an item from them.

Seriously disappointing experience. Waited for over a year on 5 Arcane funkos while they were available from many other retailers many times. I then begged for a refund on the last Funko. Many funkos that I did receive from this company came well beyond their peak resale time over a year later. I can't help feeling that whilst my money sat in this company's account, interest would have accumulated and they would kept that money from interest. It merits investigation, given the mass scale at which this was done. Never again.

Preordered a product on October 31st 2025, still no show in February 2026, so I cancelled and was told it would be refunded. No refund has been received 2 weeks later despite their advice stating it would be 10 days. Avoid this shop. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Cancelled a pre order placed early 2025 was assured a refund would be issued and guess what? No refund just as the other reviews say 6 weeks after an email assuring me I would have it in 14 days. CCJ on the way.... AVOID!

I pre-ordered the MTG avatar commander's bundle from PopsForSale well ahead of time ready for release, didn't receive the item. They said they didn't have enough stock to meet the demand, I know the card market is crazy atm so gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should've known this was a scam then. I gave them a few more weeks and never received the item so requested a refund. They agreed Jan 1st and I'm STILL WAITING. There's no updates, no reassurance and more importantly, NO REFUND. Avoid at all costs.

I preordered a product in October for a December 2025 release. When this was not delivered towards the end of January 2026, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They are now withholding my refund and I am having to pursue legal action.
