I am absolutely made up, I've just won €500 from competition Guru! Did complete happy dance when I won, they contacted me right away by phone and within less than 24 hour the cash is in my bank. Lovely to deal with and 100% customer service, they replied quickly to any query I had absolutely joy to deal with and the cash will definitely come in handy for Christmas

So this is my second time trying out…
So this is my second time trying out this competition. The first time was bugged out and didn't work but this second time I tried I felt it was a little bit suspicious that the winner had a photo uploaded with a print out of the company name a few minutes before the competition ended.
Now I wouldn't want to sound ungrateful, I had a chance like everyone else. But how was the winners picture posted before the competition ended. Might have been a few minutes before ending but you'd think he would have to be told, have the item sent to the address and then also have a print out given to him or printed off for the website.
Sketchy as hell that's all I'm saying.
Customer service was so friendly and helpful I'm really on the fence about posting this review

We are so sorry to see that you are disappointed. Are you saying you were bugged out and not included in the competition? Please, can you explain what you mean by saying that? I thought you were included in our competition. We know there was incorrect status after the contest ended. We appreciate that you told us about it, so we send you a gift card.
We have on record all live draws and records of when customers collected prizes and if it was delivered or winners claimed the prize in the office. Lapland December 2022
I recently entered the competition for a family trip to lapland and 1000 quid spending money and I won. The people running the competition are very friendly and lovely to deal with. I went down this morning and collected my 1000 quid spending money . I highly recommend this competition and I will definitely be entering more of them.

I entered a competition to win an Xbox. I didn't win and the order kept saying processing but not completed so I was worried that maybe the site was a scam and I had lost my money!
Not so! The customer service guy was really helpful, it was a bug on the website to not update. I probably still didn't win but I'm happy with the experience. He send he would send over a gift for finding the bug and let the IT know about the issue
