It’s been more than a week since placing my order and I still haven’t received my order or any communication from the company

Your products smell like hydroquinone!!!! Big no no no no !!! False advertising!! Absolutely rubbish!!!!

I’ve emailed like 5 times needing to have the address changed and nobody has replied to me! That’s crazy! I even emailed IMMEDIATELY after seeing how Apple Pay filled my information for shipping WITH follow ups!My order was able to proceed to ship to the other side of the country and everything without anyone acknowledging me. I didn’t expect that with how great the customer service was since Mollyskincare on Etsy. Really really shocked

Despite seeing negative feedback about orders not being fulfilled, I'm happy to say I received my item. Can't wait to use it and see the results.

I have not received my order as of yet. Please could I have update of what’s happening asap.

The product had a terrible taste and smell it smells like a chemical You use for brightening dark spots very disappointed I still haven’t found anything to lighten my lips

I brought products from this company before, the products are great which makes me return to order. Unfortunately this time round, I recently ordered last Saturday, but still waiting to receive my order. I received emails for the delivery company saying that my orders are delayed and nothing more, and tried messaging the company if there was an issue but did not get a quick response. I had a response a couple of days later saying my orders have been collected and that was it.

I put 3 stars, because I'm still waiting on my order, I ordered my product on Saturday. And when I tried to contact your company no-one replied til now. I brought products from your company before and never had any problems. But now I'm getting no contact about my order. Just emails saying delay.

Good service. Came in a timely manner. Packaging was brilliant. As I have ordered from this company before, I know their products are good and do work (Quickly).
If you are looking for a product that works and want a speedy delivery, I would recommend that you use this company. They will not let you down

Your creme is not what it used to be anymore.. i think you have changed the ingredients or smth. Its not working on me anymore. I used to buy from you since Etsy time. Now its just too expensive for a regular creme.

After having Radiotherapy to my neck the tone of my skin had darkened ( and was told by my consultant I would be left with a permanent darkness ) and nothing was helping to restore it back. So after reading the reviews I decided to try this product and I'm pleased to say it's worked!! My skin is looking A-mazing - Its completely even and colour restored!Thank you Commondescare!

Idk how you are asking me to write a review for a product that I haven’t even received yet. I was supposed to receive this product from July 1 and was told it would ship out July 4 (not receive ship out) well it’s that day and still nothing has shipped. Trying to speak to them you have to send multiple messages before anyone even responds. I’m still waiting 2 more days and then will dispute with the bank. Never again ordering or recommending anything from here to anyone.

I just received my product i wont be buying again. The lid wasn't attached and had plastic bag wrapped arround the applicator button and cream already coming out. had to attach the applicator to the bottle myself and it had hair and bits of dirt on outside of bottle. Absolutely disgusting.

I contacted her 3 times about a order never received. She could not provide a tracking # and insisted that I just wait. A month later and still have not received anything and she refuses to give me a refund! DO NOT BUY HERE. Go on her Instagram and you will see other people who also never received their items. She’s a scam and a thief!

Everything from the products to the customer service has been amazing

Comedonescare products are amaizing, I started using it few months ago and there’s a big change on my skin, I highly recommend it.

My purchase has still not been delivered after 1 week. And I received s fraudulent email stating that my address was missing off my package and was asking for my address and payment to forward said package.
