Comedonescare/ Mollyskincare Avis 

Hello I bought a cream from comedonescare website 2 weeks ago but I didn’t receive any email of confirmation even though they took the money and they haven’t replied to any of my dm’s for customer services. I don’t know when my order will arrive or where it is.

It's 1 month since I ordered on Dec 16,2022 and my order was just dispatched on Jan 16,2023!!! 1 whole month later! I am very disappointed in this service! This must be my 6th time ordering,service was excellent before! They respinsed to my unquiries on whatsapp right away. Now its about 2 wks now Ive been trying to ask them about the status of my order cause its taking so long, and no one even responds to my messages! Very disappointing how the service has gone downhill! I dont think i would buy again,if this diesnt improve!!

I started ordering from this company 2/3 years ago and I absolutely loved some of their products. At the time, delivery arrived on time, the seller will answer any enquiries. But now! I’m not quite sure what has gone wrong, the company does not respond to emails, calls or messages. I ordered on 11th Dec 22 and still no delivery (15th Jan 22). This company has another company under a different name - Kikicosmeticsuk. It seems as though they are no longer operating but are accepting orders.

I didn’t even receive the product and I tried to reach out and got no response.

Delivery is poor and communication is worse. Ordered on the 20th of December and still no delivery or communication by the 09 jan 23.

To be honest, I used to really like comedonescare. I would order something and the seller would respond to my questions promptly. My package was shipped within a few days. However, now the seller reads my emails and texts on WhatsApp and doesn’t respond. I don’t understand why a consumer has to beg for the simplest things. I don’t mind waiting for my order to be shipped out but I would at least like the communication. Zero stars for me. No communication, package hasn’t been shipped for a week going on 2 weeks, seller ignores inquiries. It’s hard to like a product when the customer service is bad

Order has not been shipped and it’s been a week

My order was incomplete I complained and sent a picture to you on WhatsApp. You said it will be added to my next order but nothing was added. I tried calling and messaging you never responded. Till now I paid for something egg York oil two and only one was sent.

I never received one of my previous orders that I paid for. I wasnt refunded or compensated in any way. I'm still waiting to receive my current order. I have tried contacting the company several times about my missing order from September.

Never received my order. Been over 2 weeks. The phone number on the website is not connected. Fake number to make the business seem real. No email response. No response when reached out on social media. Do not order from this company.

They never sent my order. I contacted multiple times I was ignored, never again will I purchase anything off of this scamming site that ignores their customer and am filing a claim!

I was charged 4:50 for next day delitoday one week later I still have not received my order

Worst experience I have ever had in terms of customer service is terrible and communication wise am not impressed at all,it's poorly done.
In addition, he lied to me that my package it's on transit on 28th Oct 2022 in which I never received my tracking information ,I kept calling him no answer, till on Nov 4th thats the time I received an email for my package it left the United Kingdom on flight to the USA am totally disappointed ,you can't treat your loyal customer like that ,who has been using your brand for 3 years or anyone in general.

Order not received, no response. I'm very disappointed cause I've ordered before with any issues.

BUYERS BEWARE!! FRAUDULENT company!!
I have made 3-4 purchases from this company and every time delivery has been a nightmare .left to me I would never buy anything from them they use DHL which never delivers you have to go and collect it yourself my last purchase was over 7days ago I paid for delivery by Royal mail 4days later I got an email notification from Dpd to say order will be delivered on Thursday 27th
To date nothing has been received tracking, on dpd shows they haven't received anything from comedones
if you email their customer support, your email gets totally ignored, they don't reply or help with anything.
I'm trying to convince my mom to use other products because I'm the one that suffers I have to order and chase and stress after this terrible company left to me alone I would never buy anything or recommend anything from them
They are just a very DODGY company on every LEVEL:
*1) you pay for delivery but still have to chase and collect the parcel
*2) there is no assistance from customer support

*3) they state delivery by Royal mail and use something different
*I have had at least 4 of these bad experiences with them each time I have emailed them earlier this morning and if course they don't reply
My mother on the other hand is nagging me about her parcel and I on the other hand am at a dead end is there is no one to answer me on what is happening

*I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY*
I could send you pics of emails I have sent to them never been answered
And they have the CHEEK to ask me for a review
Hopefully I can introduce my mum to a different skincare brand and be rid of this pathetic scourge!!

I made an order #3892 on the 10th of October, up till this moment I haven’t received my order, tried emailing the company, no response, made several calls not responding. I have to contact PayPal because I made the made through PayPal to recall my money back to me.
PayPal had raised a dispute about thi.
This experience is horrible.

I am a consistent buyer from the U.S. and each purchase is always smooth and hassle free.
