Unfortunately I've been having problems with my order. I contacted them several times through multiple different ways, and I have no reply. I made a mistake on my order and its been 2 weeks, no reply and no shipping or anything. This is really disappointing as i have ordered several times and have received great communication and support. Not this time around.

Bought products on 15 February 2023, still not received anything up to now 25 March. Have emailed and called no response at all. Voice calls get cut off after a few rings on that so called contact number. A SCAM..never ever buy anything from them. My bank told me its a fraudulent retailer and have since recalled the money from their bank.

I ordered my products on the 6/03/23 and I still have not received anything it is now the 22/03/23. I have tried to reach out to the merchant via email and WhatsApp/voice call , the merchant has not followed up with any correspondence!

I finally got through to someone via their customer service number on a unknown number after calling MULTIPLE times! Which was unhelpful as apparently they ran out of stock. I asked for a refund which they stated that I would get it in 48 hours, I did not receive that either!

Worst experience as a first time buyer!

What can I say?..i bought some oils and cream last month I never received my order .I have emailed the support people several time and still haven been replied. I want my money back at their point .you are a scam!!!

I am absolutely disappointed! I made an order on the 24th of February 2023 and it's been 2/3 weeks now, and still, I haven't received a single item.I've tried contacting them multiple times, but all my efforts have been met with silence. This level of customer service is unacceptable!

I demand a full refund !

Received an email today (3.16.23) asking for my review for items I purchased on 2.8 and 2.25—neither order has been delivered or updated with any type of ETA or reason for the extreme delay.

Order placed on 2.8 had an arrival time by 2/20 (False, erroneous website claim)
Order placed on 2.25 had a supposed “guarantee” time of 3.6.23–(False, erroneous website claim)

This product hasn’t be delivered weeks after I placed the order

Nobody to response. I don’t know if my order was sent or not…

I am truly disappointed with the company. I have been a customer for years but this time, I placed an order in February and my order never arrived. I contacted them via email 4 times, even WhatsApp. I got a reply to my wataspp to ask how they can help but when I told them my order hasn't come they ignored me. I've had no response from them at all, not even an acknowledgement. I spent a lot of money and still haven't received my order. I never had any problems in the past so I'm fully shocked thus time. Sorry, no positive feedback from me.

I will never purchase again. I’ve purchased product numerous times before and product itself is great. But this time I have yet to receive my product. I can’t contact anyone. I’ve tried emailing several times asking, where’s my product? No response. I’m left feeling like I’ve been riped off. I tried to get a refund but cashapp won’t give me one. I wouldn’t take no chances ordering from them anymore. I’ve tried calling but I can’t. Being it’s in a different country so I can’t call them. I’m so pissed. I ordered weeks ago and haven’t gotten an update or anything.

6 days now and I haven’t received my order

SCAM ALERT 🚨 I am really disappointing in this company.i have been buying lip magnifying balm from them for two years now and it was working for me, I recently placed an order but till date no delivery made, no response to my calls, WhatsApp an email. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

Bought products for £95 on the 15th of February, nothing came through, no communication from them, tried to send Whatsup messages and emails, no response.

Website not easy to place the order and the delivery time is over I haven’t received my orders I have to request a refund via my PayPal I can’t give more than one stars

It's been 2 months since I placed my order ( in Dec 2022 ) but sadly it has still not arrived. Tried emailing them many times but they are not responding.
Also tried calling them several times. But the person who answered said we should send them a message via WhatsApp and then rudely hung up the phone.
This has happened several times. Terrible customer service.
Not sure if this is real or some big scam.
Shall be filing a complaint to the authorities if they don't respond really soon.

Poor customer service. The item took more than a week to deliver. Still haven't received my package yet.
