all different sizes
this is my 3rd order. the first set i was really happy with, lost just over 3 stone so my uniform was big, ordered the next size down and it was really tight. ordered another set the size up and these fit perfectly. even though the 1st set and the 3rd set are both a 2 XL 1 set is huge and the other fits nicely. makes no sense.
however the material and quality of the scrubs are really nice, just wish the sizes were all the same

Awful Customer Service
I was recently sent items whose dimensions did not match the description. Customer service first refused my request for refund despite fault being theirs and have since ignored my emails. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability for faulty goods.
I will ensure I inform my healthcare colleague never to purchase from this site.

Poor customer service
I’ve been back and fourth in terms of wanting an exchange or refund on two tops and no one gets back, just ignored.
The customer service is appalling.

I was sent the wrong items - 2 pairs of 2XL trousers (I am 4ft11) when I actually ordered tops. The customer service is appalling and they don’t bother replying anyway. NEVER again

Honestly the worst website to have…
Honestly the worst website to have visited. They took the money and didn’t even deliver the scrubs i ordered.
There is no helpline, no one responds to the emails. The tracking system is pathetic as is the service. Don’t waste your money on this scam website.
Update, i had to raise a dispute regarding the comenii purchase where they took money but nothing was delivered. Regardless of sending them so many emails i only received the reply back after my bank raised the concern with them. If you run an online business and think that scamming people is easy you are wrong. I’m sure this website has come across some customers who are not aware of how to deal with such fraudulent sellers and for them i would say PLEASE read the reviews it will save your money, time and energy. The good reviews are mostly by people they have sent there product to for free and it won’t serve you well because you’ll be paying. Also, i would like to bring this to everyone’s attention who are living in Uk that this company is not based in UK. I really am grateful to have a good supportive bank who chased this matter and resolved it for me by getting my refund back and for comenii i would like to say, NEVER AGAIN.
