DO AVOID. This company doesn't accept refunds as broadly promoted on their website.
What to say about a company that advertises all over its website: “Returns Guarantee”, “60 Day Money Back Guarantee”, “We offer returns on all new and unused products ordered at comfycozy.uk with a 28-day returns policy” and refuses to provide the refund when you contact them? The only reason I decided to try their products was this convincing — now proven deceptive — returns policy. After receiving the pillow, I opened it and tried it, only to immediately realise it was too thick and too high. I suffer from neck pain, and the product clearly did not suit my needs. Straight away, I repacked the pillow in its original packaging, in the same way it arrives, and contacted ComfyCozy customer service. To my surprise, they told me they do not refund opened products. How is a customer supposed to try a pillow without opening it, especially when it arrives vacuum-sealed? As a result, I am now wasting time disputing this with my bank. A terrible mistake to trust what's written on their website. I hope others won’t be as naive as I was.
