DO AVOID. This company doesn't accept refunds as broadly promoted on their website.

What to say about a company that advertises all over its website: “Returns Guarantee”, “60 Day Money Back Guarantee”, “We offer returns on all new and unused products ordered at comfycozy.uk with a 28-day returns policy” and refuses to provide the refund when you contact them? The only reason I decided to try their products was this convincing — now proven deceptive — returns policy. After receiving the pillow, I opened it and tried it, only to immediately realise it was too thick and too high. I suffer from neck pain, and the product clearly did not suit my needs. Straight away, I repacked the pillow in its original packaging, in the same way it arrives, and contacted ComfyCozy customer service. To my surprise, they told me they do not refund opened products. How is a customer supposed to try a pillow without opening it, especially when it arrives vacuum-sealed? As a result, I am now wasting time disputing this with my bank. A terrible mistake to trust what's written on their website. I hope others won’t be as naive as I was.

I ordered a crystal soap set

I ordered a crystal soap set from ComfyCozy but the items I received were not as described on the website. I contacted the company and quoted my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, however I have not received any response to my last email.
I am simply requesting a return and refund for goods that do not match the description advertised.
I hope ComfyCozy can resolve this issue promptly.

I wish I'd read the reviews before placing the order... I wouldn't have bothered, I placed an order on the 3rd march 26 with royal mail 48 HR tracked the order still hasn't been delivered, today is the 6/3/26, I honestly wouldn't bothering ordering from this company..

Scammers. Highly avoid.

Misread the caption thinking it would include a memory foam pillow, which it was just the pillow case. Have reached out to customer service and they stated just because the item is correct and delivered, it was not eligble for a return/refund. Yet this pillow CASE is no longer needed due to this and they have since blocked me on Instagram, they have since not responded to any emails or new emails sent. Their customer Service advisor Bea is disgustingly rude for something I just wanted to return that I would not be using. Their policy for returns on the website also states items unused or no longer needed CAN be returned for a refund within the time frame. I have the screenshots of this on their website. Due to this on-going, I will be selling this on as I’m appalled and disgusted how I was dealt with. Avoid at all costs incase you get refused the return when its no longer needed as their policy on the website states, but they have since cut all contact and not responded since which is highly unprofessional, and unethical for who are “apparently” in GQ, Bazaar etc. as their website state lol. Everyone, get your money back and contact your bank, credit card provider and do a chargeback. They are scammers. All over a pillow case I won’t need or use. It’s pathetic and these recent reviews go to show also and proved I’m not the only one.

Not received items

Ordered some Xmas gifts on the 11th of Decemebr with 48 hour delivery. Still not received my tracking details even though I've been told I will receive them. Ive now asked for a refund after reading all the reviews and not receiving the items or tracking information, not heard anything back so I will now be contacting my credit card provider to try and have my money returned. I'd avoid this company and wish i had read the reviews beforehand. Obviously a scam company looking at all other reviews.

Shocking company infact the worse this company is fraudulent i sm having them investigated i wish I would of read the reviews they operate with another name too
Ceasar commerence ltd. Used clearpay for my order no contact number why should people not getting their money back it's for sure a scam company for sure

There seems to be a pattern here. I ordered some items as gifts and on checking where my delivery was I was told that royal mail had been told that I had refused delivery. NOT TRUE. at this point I had not been given confirmation of my order I had not been supplied with a tracking number.
When I raised a complaint I was eventually given a tracking number and told to chase it with royal mail. This was no
Longer their problem. I checked the tracking number and low and behold it has been delivered but not to me. Complete scam. I firmly believe they dispatched the item to wrong address. Funnily enough I know where I live and what my address is. Dreadful untrustworthy company. I would have felt better about the whole thing if they had at least tried to help me instead of making it my problem that delivery hasn’t happened.

Terrible customer services

Terrible customer services. I ordered a pillow but never arrived. They never sent the track number. When I contacted them, they just said that the item was successfully delivered, which wasn't true.

I have been asking for three weeks the refund, and they just stopped replying to my emails.

DO NO BUY WITH THEM.

Ordered 4 pillows 6th July

Ordered 4 pillows 6th July, shipped on the 7th, upon tracking via Roysl Mail it stated the order was being sent back to the seller, I tracked this until I could see Comfy Cozy received this in which they did on the 11th, I have now lost count of how many E-Mail’s I have sent with no response, order 8607 for clarification, I would advice not to order from here as you will not receive your items and nobody cares, I am going to contact the financial ombudsman about them, absolutely infuriating to just not reply to a customer who had given you there money and received nothing and no explanations

Ordered two pillows - only one arrived.

Ordered two pillows. Only one arrived. Company will not respond to emails. No direct telephone number. They do not respond. But looking at other reviews on here, it seems they so not care either.
Absolute thieves. AVOID as you will not get your money back.

Terrible after sales service

Ordered the wrong item in error and tried to cancel the order within 5 minutes of ordering. I got no response and the item was dispatched. I've since sent several emails, to advise me on how to return their item, and I never got a response. They do not have a customer service number so communication is impossible. How this company is still trading is beyond me!

NO REPLY WHEN ASKING FOR A REFUND.

I needed to send an unopened item back. I sent 2 requests on their website for instructions how to do this plus 2 emails. No-one replied. So I am stuck with an item I don't want/need.
Plus, on companies house Comfy Cozy Sleep Ltd is dissolved. Don't know if it's the same company but they were also online retailers.

Outrageous customer service

Outrageous customer service. My order did not arrive, it was stolen and the customer service ate refusing to refund my money that I have given them!! Absolutely disgusting service and I will take this further with trading standards! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered a pillow and silk eye mask on 2nd July with a 1-2 day tracked delivery. Company acknowledged order, then nothing. No pillow, no refund, no response to me constant emails. No phone number available. I have contacted my Credit Card Company, who are investigating. Quick enough to take my money.
