Bought women’s wool fisherman’s jumper in black. Wonderfully warm. Comfortable to wear. Smart casual so I can wear to work and for leisure.
Also bought long sleeved black T shirt. Excellent quality. Relaxed fit which I like. No skimping on length. An excellent staple. Works well with a colourful scarf to brighten me up.

Community Clothing encapsulates everything that is important to me. Quality, British made, products, at an affordable price. Couple that with great customer service and I have no reason to shop elsewhere - unless CC doesn't stock the type of item I need. But I always check CC first! A small request from me to CC: Please keep doing what you do. If you do, I will continue to be a repeat customer (I already have around a dozen purchases from you and intend to buy more!) for the rest of my days :-)

I have bought socks from Community Clothing which I find to be good quality, hard wearing, and of better quality than those available from some other British manufacturers - just like we used to be able to buy in the shops, in fact. I would certainly buy from them again.

Bought a Pea cost of astonishing quality and fit. Love the sourcing of cloth from an old established Yorkshire firm and the manufacture in uk. Service quick and efficient as well, what more could you ask for, thanks.

Looking forward to buying more CC clothing as I love everything about the company and its ethics. My one reservation is that, as a 6ft woman with a 34” inside leg I fear I will have to buy the men’s jeans and jumpers as the women’s won’t fit.

Great company, great idea, and really amazing quality British-made clothing. Have several items from them now and each one is a favourite.

I like the website for ordering and the subsequent delivery has been just as indicated. My purchases of nice and functional sweaters have been very pleasing and the overall quality reminded me of the sweaters my mother bought for school in the 1950s and 60s. They are warm, hardwearing and readily washed. I have been disappointed by some of the 'upmarket' sweaters I have bought over the last 15 years from other vendors because they had recognised names on the labels but were thin and not really warm. My disappointment was to see that they also pilled after a short time wearing jumpers and this has not been the case with the CC products.
I am of an age where I don't buy fashionable products but do appreciate high quality - that's CC to me.

Cant recommend enough. The quality of tshirts is outstanding. The colour stayed true after many many washes and the shape. Very high quality. The customer care is excellent, had to swap and return a few sizes.

Good quality at a fair price plus being made in GB so supporting our workforce. I also like the information on caring for the garments: who knew you should hang up your jumper for a while after wearing it then fold it away?!

Love the lambswool cardigan - so well-made and comfy. I'd forgotten the special feel and warmth of natural fibres. Also great to feel supportive of a UK industry which is creating traditional skills and jobs.

I love shopping at Community Clothing and it's now always the first place I look if I want anything new. The whole ethos behind the company is really inspiring and shows it is possible to shop in a sustainable way at reasonable prices and it feels really good to know that clothes are made here in the UK. The quality of the clothing is always excellent - their sports socks are super comfortable and really durable - I never thought I'd be so impressed by a sock! And their customer service is great - I had to contact them once about one small issue I had and they responded really quickly and were as helpful and friendly as they could have been. Definitely one of my favourite companies :-)

This is the first time I have ordered anything (but definitely won’t be the last). I have always been a great believer in buying British and was not disappointed with the heritage sweatpants I ordered. They’re a good fit and correct sizing, of a heavyweight cotton that I believe will last for many years. The only slight issue I have is that I am tall and wish the leg length could be an inch longer.

I’m so glad I found a company making excellent clothing while supporting UK manufacturing and fair wages/prices. Trousers are very good quality and fit well.

I’ve bought a coat, jeans and a cardigan from Community Clothing, and the quality is exceptional. I loved that I got an email telling me how to look after the jeans and the cardigan, and I love the fit. What I don’t love though, and the reason for dropping a star, is that very little is available in my size, 18. So many items have been out of stock for months. It was suggested I looked at a man’s cardigan, which I did and bought, but I really wanted the bright red one not the colours available. There’s a curvy section, but colours are mostly bleak - drab browns and grey - when I want the bright pink and green, red and joyful stripes. I don’t want to be invisible. Ageing does that and doesn’t need any help. So, Community Clothing, your ethics are splendid, you’ve created jobs in Britain and you’re a wonderful counter to fast fashion. I would really like to spend more with you, but if it’s not in my size it isn’t going to happen.
