Useful but too expensive and won't quit sending me daily recap emails even though the account is inactive. Would have to pay to sign up and activate account just to turn off the emails. Also no support at 6pm on Monday evening.
As a property management company overseeing a large portfolio of residential developments, we have found CompanyCam to be an invaluable tool for our day-to-day operations. The platform gives us a centralised, easily searchable library of thousands of site photographs, which has proved essential for health and safety compliance, property maintenance records, and general estate management.
The ability to access images instantly — whether in the office when drafting reports or out on site via the mobile app — makes a real difference to how efficiently we work. The website and app are both well-designed and reliable, with a smooth, intuitive experience across both platforms.

When I need photo documentation for my projects, as well as the ability to share numerous job photos, CompanyCam is the best solution I've found. It frees up storage on my phone and allows me to share countless images all at once. I've used Google Drive and Dropbox in the past, but they don't compare. CompanyCam is far superior to any other option I've tried.
Many of the projects I undertake are contracted from insurance claims, making photo documentation essential. I also perform inspections and have other projects, which I can easily look up.
One of the newer features I love is the Portfolio, which I'm able to showcase on my website. They also allow you to generate reports, which is excellent from an inspection standpoint.
