I had the unfortunate opportunity to…
I had the unfortunate opportunity to purchase car insurance online. It was my first time doing this and I was a little uncertain, to say the least. I have always been Leary about using my credit card information online to purchase anything and this time was no different. However, through all my frustrations and difficulties, I had the pleasure of working with an employee by the name of Matthew, that helped me get through this transition as smoothly as possible. Even with my texts of utter frustration and panic, thinking I just got scammed, Matthew quickly calmed my fears by assuring me that is definitely not the case. He was able to communicate with me via texts and provided me with numbers and links that made this experience much easier to navigate. Although I am a bit embarrassed by my initial frustrations in my texts to him, I am very grateful he was the one who I dealt with and would recommend him to anyone needing affordable car insurance in the future. His ability to provide answers to all my questions in a timely manner, and, above anything else, display sincere professionalism in the process, is admirable. Thank you. Holly Condron

It was not mentioned there was going to…
It was not mentioned there was going to be an additional card fee, so it made things confusing and difficult. Before than and once I figured it out everything went smoothly. They were very helpful and patient and I really appreciate that even with the miscommunication.

It was super quick and easy to get a quote. It was also very convenient. And it didn't take more than 20 minutes for me to get and pay for insurance. It was a really great price compared to other insurances. It also didn't feel like a fake person was handling my policy. Thank you so much!

Wish it was cheaper but the generals costumer service is amazing got everything right away no wait they even double check with me before charging my card and helped me make the better vision to get roadside assistance for 19.99 and I did it all on my phone thank you❤️
