The staff is top notch. They went above and beyond in helping us with our move into storage. Cannot day enough about their customer service!

The sales office and ALL the people who work at the Nocatee Location are so friendly, helpful and nice. The storage units themself are very clean and a great value for what you get.

Friendly service in the office. Easy to move into the unit and everything is clean. The only thing that I think can be improved is adding more carts or making sure every building has a cart every day.

Personal service and help at the facility are great, but the frequent rent increases are not. We are a nonprofit organization that has a tight expense budget and the way too frequent rent increases are extremely hard on us. We have been renting one or more units at the facility since before Compass took it over. We have a perfect payment record. That should be worth something.

We were looking for a clean well kept storage facility and Compass is just that.

Very simple. Customer service. To all of us who rent storage on a regular basis, sometimes as a part of our business, we tend to build a working relationship with the employees who staff these places. A centrally located, clean, well lit, secure, and easily accessible storage unit are things we expect to find when searching for the right place. I have definitely found all of that at Compass on Cortez. The main reason I stay and rent multiple units at times is because of Rich and Rob. They totally get what customer service is all about. Sometimes I feel that is a lost art. If you have rented at other places and feel like you are just another number paying the rent, you will not experience that here. Yes, corporate entities tend to be cold, heartless and greedy. That is true. The one saving grace this place has are the guys behind the counter. Highly recommend.

Easy to work with to get the best rate for my storage needs.

They were very helpful and eager to please. The vacilities were very clean and I loved the fact that it had access to bathrooms. They did price match comparisons so the price was good also. I am extremely happy with my choice!
