These people more than doubled my rental with only 2 week notice, from $21 to $52. This is extortionate and if I could stop renting from them I would, but I'm out of the country.

My mother is 90 years old and can't walk properly and for this reason she moved to a smaller place and needed to rent a storage to store some things. As she is elderly, she made the registration, the reservation, signed the contracts and made the payment all online. But when we went to the place to store her things, the employees informed us that she should go in person to get the code to be used to enter. She had no way to get around and was even refused a call by her because it had to be in person! Ridiculous! She had already signed herself responsible for the rented unit but with a lot of cost she got the reimbursement of what she paid for us to go to any other storage that always works well and stuck for the well-being of the customers.
Beware of massive price hikes
Beware of massive price hikes. They increased my rent by 60% after only 4 months!!! $118 to $189, that is insane. Find someplace else for your storage needs.

Horrible storage unit
Horrible storage unit. Filthy .manager a nosey piece of crap. Lazy . Just goes on computer watching videos. She's so scared to work on her own they hired someone to babysit her all day while she is there . She does work. They have restrooms there ,but they'll tell you they are out of order if they don't like you . We were there for 5 years but the manager decided she didnt like my son and started picking on everything we did . We finally left and are very happy somewhere else, Where they leave you alone and they are always busy doing something . Sara doesn't know how to be a real manager. No people skills at all.She needs a little training . Not a good place to store your things . It's had a lot of break ins there. I've seen so many people move.because of Sara and the burglaries.
Great place to store your treasures
Storquest had a great introductory fee and they were very accommodating in helping me get moved in. The front desk team is great. The facilities are clean and secure. Stored my things there for over a year. Move out was seamless and easy. Good price, easy location, easy in and out, clean facilities, pay online.
Great customer service and storage facility
Sometimes you never know what you get from storage facilities and prices are all over the place. I had been with this location for several years and find it to be one few places that feels like home. That is because of the exceptional customer service and communication. I have dealt with some amazing managers here and Gilbert, who has been here for the last 4 months, truly cares about your stuff as if it was his own. We had a tight situation where we needed to move and sure enough, he made it happen and went above and beyond. I hope management sees what a great asset he is to the company and I can tell you that if you want a personal touch to an often cold and impersonal situation like storage, come to this location. Plenty of L carts, spotless facility. I am sorry that I had to move but trust me when I tell you that if I need a small or large unit, this would be my location again!
Five stars for Frank, 1 star price increase
Five stars for the staff that signed me up. He was helpful and knowledgeable and efficient. The property is organized really well for access. The one concern I have is that the price goes way up three months after you commit to contract. The introductory price was just a little bit lower than other properties so it looked like it was gonna be a better price long-term and then suddenly it goes up in price after you’ve committed. They say that you have a promo But that was never clear in the beginning. The price went up enough that I could’ve actually rented a larger sized apartment for the same price which would have been a lot more convenient. However, I thought I was saving money with their initial lower price.
Verbally Abusive Manager.
Unfortunately a negative review that I wish had not gone that way. I like other users have encountered verbal abuse from the property manager after attempting to pay what was due before auction. Each time I attempted to make payments, i have encountered road blocks stopping me. If you value any of your stuff, I suggest not using this company, or at least this location.

RENTAL INCREASE
This company has increased its rent three times in less than a year, which feels excessive and unreasonable. There have been no improvements or upgrades made to the storage cubicle that would justify these repeated increases. As a customer, it’s frustrating to pay more without seeing any added value or benefit. I would recommend that the company reconsider its pricing practices and provide clearer justification for such frequent rate hikes.
Price fluctuations and hard to reach…
Price fluctuations and hard to reach staff. We had a unit for 1 year and when we went to take everything out 75% of our thing were covered in a deep dirt coating. Apparently where the roof joins the walls had a large gap in several places and when sandstorms and strong winds hit the valley our things got covered. I suggest using sheets, plastic, whatever to cover your belongings. We had to clean off every piece of furniture, tvs, etc before loading it into the Uhual.

I have downgraded my initial review to 1 star. When I originally rented a storage unit, I was advised to use a combination lockbox to retain a key for the lock I had to purchase from the facility because I had employees that needed to access equipment. I also had to purchase their Insurance Policy at an additional fee per month. During my rental time, I had called law enforcement and notified the property management of people in their cars, loitering in the properties parking lot, consuming drugs in their cars, back seats piled high with unopened amazon boxes and not a single amazon vest in sight. Low and behold, a few months later, my lock box was picked open and they used my key to enter the storage unit and relieve me of $8300 worth of equipment. When I filed the claim, the insurance company, who I was told was going to help us (by the staff of Storquest), denied my claim because there was no indications of a forced entry. The staff also told me they would work to cooperate with the insurance company. I was also told that I would be provided with answers (based on them viewing the video footage) of when the event happened so I could file a police report. I had to constantly chase them down to get answers. And then after I shared the denial from the insurance company with the staff again, I was told I would get a reply before the end of the day, that was a week ago. I am out $8300 worth of equipment, and both the insurance company and Storquest cannot distance themselves from this fast enough. Stay far away from this company. They will have more break-ins and you could be next.
The phone support and office staff were happy and helpful
The phone support answered all my questions about accessing the unit my husband had rented a several years ago. When we came to clear it out, the office staff were happy and helpful, jumped right up to inspect it after we swept it clean and then printed out a receipt for closing out our rental. Highly recommend this location and the staff.
