Great customer service
I’ve left my laptop with them on 3 different occasions and they’ve always had great customer service. Are quick with the fix and regularly keep me updated on the stage they’re at. Fair price. Definitely recommend!

Custom Gaming Rig
Second time using the guys at CompFixAid can’t recommend them enough. The convenience of getting your hardware collected and delivered to your door is no match. Finally caved loud fans were doing my head in, the guys collected my custom rig and got it back to me with ease. Met Simon again been a while since covid absolute legend. Expect a little leeway if your problem requires parts as they may not have it on hand. Nevertheless between their regular updates and professionalism you’ll be left well assured and satisfied.

Marc and Simon were both professional and efficient with the repair, collection and return of my laptop (SSD installed, Windows installed & thorough cleaning).
The laptop was returned within 24 hours, making my life very easy and ensuring it was ready for a special 60th birthday gift!
I cannot fault anything, the customer service, attention to detail and value for money is excellent.

Fast, responsive, effective, lovely
I left my repair request a bit late (I was moving out my flat a few days later) but Marc was so helpful and tried everything he could, really responsive throughout and always letting me know what's happening.

Very smooth service. Constant, fast communication throughout and reassurance when needed. All through WhatsApp which was so handy! Made extra effort to deliver it at a suitable time for us at the end! And the keyboard repair looks great. Would highly recommend!

Having provided you with a 30% discount on your repair to help bring your device under budget. A free subsequent pickup to replace the RAM board and CMOS battery when the device failed to power on at no additional cost.
Curious to understand why this service did not warrant 5 stars.
Any problems please rememeber all works are covered under our 3 month warranty.

Hinge and lid replacement
I had the hinge and lid broken on my laptop. I contacted them and someone came to pick up the laptop which made it very easy for me. They diagnosed what the exact issue was and sent me a quote.
The quote was competitive so I agree with it.
They took only 10 days from the day of pick up to the day they deliver it to me. Also, they couldn't find a white cover with their retailer but gave me the option to switch to a black cover which is totally fine.
My laptop looks very good and I am very happy with the service. I recommend and will use them again.

Would definitely recommend.
CompFixAid fitted my laptop with a new keyboard after I spilt water on it and they did a fab job. Great company and service, really loved that they pick up your laptop and drop off to your door. Would definitely recommend. Only small issue was that the rubber strip on the bottom of my laptop was not stuck back on properly and also the left mouse key can be slightly temperamental. They offered to fix these issues for me but I don’t want to be without my laptop again and as they are such minor issues I am happy to keep the laptop as is. Will definitely use them next time.
