John came out as an emergency on a bank holiday Monday and was with us within 30 minutes! My elderly mother had no gas in a new property we had just moved her into due to a fault with the smart meter which Octopus had to replace but then they capped the gas and wouldn't help us any more! John came out and fixed the problem very easily and made recommendations on other items that has been passed onto the landlord. He was so polite and helpful and explained everything he was doing. John fitted me a new boiler 7 yrs ago and has serviced it regularly every year , never had a problem with it as his service keeps it in tip top condition, also recently fitted new larger radiator replacing a smaller one , can recommend John and Todd who are always ready to help

A very quick response to my enquiry and help arrived in a couple of hours as promised. Problem soon sorted and further jobs advised upon. Will be receiving quotes for these when I am ready. All in all a pleasant outcome from an 'emergency' call. Thanks, John.

John came and actually looked at the job before giving me an estimate.
Having accepted it John was able to give me a date to do the job that was only a couple of weeks away. He and his assistant turned up on the day and completed the work in good time and to a high standard.

A national company that we paid a maintenance contract to and who had fitted a new boiler only two years ago let us very badly down. No heat or hot water.
John turned up on the day, sorted a quick fix and then replaced the hot water cylinder, power flushed the heating system and replaced all radiator valves. All completed in two days. Organised the electrical work. Everything was left clean and tidy. He came when he said he would. Explained what and why. Will definitely use him and his team again.

We had a leak under our sink which needed urgent attention. John was able to come out a couple of hours after getting in touch and the job was sorted the same day! Did such a good job, was fairly priced and really put our mind at ease that if anything similar ever happened again we’d have some help at hand. As someone who has absolutely no idea about plumbing, he really explained the problem to me well! Would highly recommend :)

We had to replace an unusually sized shower enclosure. Other plumbers scoured the length and breadth of the UK, unsuccessfully. With John on the case, a suitable enclosure was found in Tewkesbury within a matter of days. He then offered a choice of days on which he could complete the installation. In the end the job was done on a Sunday.
John offers excellent service and is a truly gifted plumber. I believe he was born to be a plumber, and naturally recommended him.

John came out for an emergency. Sorted out our problem, at a very reasonable cost. Everything was straightforward he explained everything to us. Can’t thank him enough.

John and Todd were amazing throughout the whole process of fitting a completely new bathroom. Nothing was to much trouble and everything was explained. Both were friendly and professional and the work carried out was to the highest standards. At the end of every evening they would make sure everything was left clean and tidy.

What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air!

John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending.

John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no “hidden” costs, and he ran to an exact time scale.

He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project.

John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. I have already contracted John’s company for further work, which again he has kindly fitted in - as customer care is a priority for his company. Can not recommend highly enough!

John is a highly competent and trustworthy central heating engineer. He works really hard and he is a perfectionist. Importantly he cleans up thoroughly after his work.

On top of this he is an affable guy and I recommend him very highly.

John has been servicing our boiler and with this year’s service due we contacted John for a quote for the installation of an unvented cylinder and a power flush of the system alongside the service. John’s quote was accepted and he has just completed the work. As always it was all done in a highly professional manner, clean and no mess and with a caring attitude. Would not go to anyone else.

After a leak in the bathroom & kitchen at my mum's property John was prompt to respond & came out to give us a quote, we asked if a shower could replace the existing bath as well & he explained how this could be done. Whilst there he spoke directly about what needed doing and put me at ease. The work was scheduled for a fortnight completion and it was done before this time. John & his team took away all debris & left everything tidy & clean. My mum is thrilled with her new shower & the work the company did for us. Would recommend & use again. Thankyou John.

Came out at short notice over the bank holiday weekend. Reasonably priced call out charge and only £6 for parts. Very knowledgeable and even cleaned up after himself. Did a great job fixing our leak and I would definitely use again. KRO!
