So every one including my wife has the same story of never signing up for this scheme have no idea what the scheme is and have nothing to show that they are in this scheme or how to access any of its benefits.
Total scammers and they deserve to be closed down.
Have contacted our Bank and they are investigating this fraud for us. What’s the betting we don’t get any money back.

Disgusting!!!
Been struggling with mental health for a few years now, so not been on top of my finances, amongst other things. So today I finally started to look at where I was at, only to find this monthly payment of £18 every month since last December! I have no knowledge of it, never heard of it, and they’ve been siphoning money out of my account for 12 months. I’ve now blocked payments and cancelled my so called subscription! It’s disgusting!!

An utter con, beware of this unscrupulous money grabbing company, Iceland promised discounts yet it costs £18 per month for the joys of being robbed, luckily my bank refunded my loss, how many old and frail customers are being conned by these thieves?

My bank sent me a Fraud Alert after this lot tried to take £18 from my account. Like many people, I don’t recall signing up-so one of two companies have linked me to this SCAM: Iceland Foods, or Trainline and I have NOT knowingly signed up for this. AVOID!!!

Stealing hard earned money from good citizens. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I went online to pay drop off parking at Gatwick airport and the completesave website was linked to it. Been paying since August 2025. Disgraceful.
Update:
The charges relate to a transaction that occurred after I paid for drop-off parking on the Gatwick Airport website. I did not knowingly subscribe to Complete Savings. My card details were never entered into the Complete Savings website; they were used only for the Gatwick transaction.
I have already contacted your customer service by email using the address you provided on Trustpilot, including my name and the last four digits of my card so that you can identify the membership.
You can locate my account using the information in that email.

Unethical and cheating company
Like a lot of people, I have lost £400 from an £18 per month. This is an unethical, cheating company who seem to purposely use short and unclear wording on their direct debit information.

Desperate for customers
Seems like a good business, however, they have a sneaky way of getting customers.
I originally only meant to sign up for a Railcard. Then Complete Save popped up as I’d completed the transaction for the Railcard. It seemed interesting. I set up an account thinking I was in control of when/if I chose to share my card details to get savings on well known brands. Then a few weeks later, £18 was taken out of my account as I’d unknowingly started a month free trial and then went on to a subscription!! My bank details were taken through the purchase of the Railcard! Spoke to my bank who said they’re legit and I disputed this through the website and they have allowed me to closed down the account and have refunded the £18.
If it wasn’t for the sneaky trick of getting people to sign up for subscriptions, I might even consider using the website!

Stole £18 from my account and I only had £22 in it, i have no idea who this company is but can see from the reviews they are scammers and thief's. Im now left with £4 and totally screwed. Ive had to report my card as stolen . Absolute pond life these people are.

Complete scam. Took £18 per month of my credit card before I noticed. No idea who they are orvhow they got my details. Taking them to court. And then they sent an inauspicious reply trying to weasel their way out.
