I had my windows vandalised and these guys came out the next day before 1pm. They were so friendly and gave me a realistic expectation of installation and processes. It was installed 6 days later and it’s back to normal. Could not recommend enough

Had repairs done to our original 1924 led lighted stained glass windows on the front of our house. It was Excellent work. Stuart was very friendly and professional. Val the mam who undertook the window repairs was fantastic.

Expertly restored a large bay sash window. Replaced rotten sills and and timber. All sealed and painted to a very high specification. All very professional. Looks like new.

They expertly replaced a broken window pane and repaired both (2) sash bay windows all for a grade2 listed building on first floor - They did a fantastic job and are absolutely value for money with no hidden costs! Very impressed.

Had my sash wood windows repaired and restored like new with some glass sections replaced. The friendly, professional and trusting team did an excellent job at restoring the entire house. Attention to detail was spot on. The lads were very respectful of the property and confident in their expertise.
Brilliant communication throughout with everyone. Came across 'CTWS' as some other companies weren't able to install UPVC at my property and other PVC companies never sent the quotes.... So I decided to focus on the timber market and 'CTWS' was recommended. We spent some time searching for a company to restore the original windows in our Georgian house and are so pleased we found CTWS. The team worked so carefully and with such skill to preserve and refurbish our wooden sash windows, including adding invisible double glazing that has made a big difference to the warmth of the house. I have been using CTWS to refurb all our wooden windows in phases over the last year or so. They have been great. Attention to detail, restore old windows very sympathetically and have retrofitted slim line double glazing and draft proofing where possible and so now we have beautiful old windows to more modern standards. Would definitely recommend.
