Dave, Louis, and Karlos did an exceptional job repairing the wooden structure and replacing glass in our conservatory. From start to finish, the experience was exemplary. What really stood out was how mindful the team were of my mother's dementia, showing genuine care and respect while working in our home.

Communication was excellent throughout - Stuart, our first and only contact at the company, was incredibly responsive and customer-focused, providing complete clarity on timelines, costs, and what to expect. He always responded as soon as he possibly could.

The quality of work was superb. The work was clearly undertaken by true craftsmen who take immense pride in what they do. The conservatory now looks almost like new - the attention to detail in the repairs was exceptional.

Their professionalism was outstanding. They were punctual, kept everything clean, and treated our home with respect. When I pointed out something small they'd missed as they were finishing up, they immediately rectified it without hesitation or complaint. They even returned within two working days to replace a final element they didn't have materials for at that moment - no fuss, just excellent service.

Given the exceptional quality of the workmanship, they offer excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

All of our timber framed windows and doors needed repairing, stripping back and returned to their original state. We spoke to Stuart on the phone and discussed our requirements. Dave came out to assess what was required and discussed options with us. He did a test window so we could see how it looked. Dave was very professional, polite and kept us informed throughout. We then agreed a rough weather dependant date for the project with Stuart, who kept us apprised of delays due to rain etc. Karlos and Louis were the team carrying out the work and were friendly, unbelievably hard working, tidy and kept us updated on how the work was progressing and discussed any options when required. We are very happy with the repairs and finished appearance of all of the windows and doors. The whole experience with CTWS was first rate from start to finish, we cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them.

CTWS did the most fantastic job renovating a rotten frame and installing double glazed panes in my Edwardian curved bedroom window, which no other company were able to do without substantially changing the shape of this beautiful period frame. Stuart was delightful to deal with, got back to me quickly with a quote and managed to squeeze in our job before the cold weather set in which I was so grateful for. The craftmanship is amazing and they were so polite and careful, always tidying up and leaving my bedroom spotless at the end of each day. We had rotten cill on a GF sash window and rotten middle rail on the 1st Flr sash window of our Victorian house. Stuart quoted based on the photos I supplied and Josh carried out the remedial work.
Josh arrived on time and was clearly very knowledgeable and capable. The work was completed very swiftly and both windows are now as good as new.

CTWS did some repairs to rotten areas of wooden windows for us. We were very pleased with the work undertaken, and when we then had a minor issue with one of the windows locking they promptly sorted that out. The workman was very pleasant and the site was left neat and tidy. Communication with us was also good. We would certainly use them again.

Dave did a great job working on several windows around our property. We wanted to maintain the character of our house and were looking for a company that we felt was going to take the necessary care given the age of some of the frames they were working with. He did a thorough refurbishment of all frames, cutting out and replacing rotten parts where required plus replacing the orignal single glazing with new slim sealed double glazed units. The end result was windows that looked like brand new versions of what had been there before but now much more energy efficient and good for another many years. Dave is also a genuiniely nice guy to have working at your home and I would definitely recommend him and CTWS to anyone.
