Ich wurde via LinkedIn bezüglich eines Jobs angeschrieben. Man konnte mir keine Stellenanzeige zusenden, weil es die aktuell "angeblich" nicht gibt. Man möchte es persönlich am Telefon klären. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, habe ich dann meine Handynummer gesendet. Fehler. Ein Rückruf von Herrn Alfred Rundt habe ich nie erhalten, dafür erhalte ich jetzt allerdings Spam Anrufe, mehrmals am Tag... Finger weg!!

Unclear and Unprofessional Communication: Kyle's focus on talking about himself and his company, rather than taking time to understand your skills and background, is not standard practice for a recruiter. His dismissive attitude towards your InfoSec experience and not even attempting to say your name correctly after multiple corrections suggest a lack of professionalism.

Request for References Before an Interview: Asking for references before even having an interview or providing substantial details about the job is not common practice. Most reputable recruiters and companies understand that references are valuable and time-consuming, and they usually request them later in the hiring process. Your approach to protecting your references' time and efforts is both respectful and wise.

Disrespectful Behavior: Kyle's response to your feedback about your name was dismissive and rude. The fact that he laughed when you mentioned your InfoSec experience further shows a lack of understanding and respect for your professional background.
Recruiter, Kyle, was just phishing for information. Didn't really do more than quickly scan my resume during the conversation. He spent most of the call talking about himself and his company, and then what a great job this was (despite the fact that he really didn't have any information on it, just a few skills that their 'client' was allegedly seeing). He wasn't really interested in my skills or related experience that I called him out on it. He wouldn't even correctly say my name even after I corrected him 3 times. I then pointed this out, because he was acting strangely, and he responded, "Well, how would YOU say your name?" as if he might have a better idea, and my opinion on the matter was just my opinion. I said that my opinion on how my name should be said is actually fact. He then said, "How do people normally say your name?"

I then pointed out to him that he wasn't getting my references, despite his "policy" until I at least had an interview, and normally, it is after I am given an offer. He made it sound like I might have something to hide.
Here I am, someone with 23 years of experience talking with someone who is 23 years old, being talked to like I don't know the norms of recruitment and even how to say my own name.

I explained that I value my references' time, and would expect that my time should also be respected.
At that point, I confronted him and said that I don't believe he even had a job available and that I didn't wish to further tolerate unprofessional behavior.

Then I realized, back in February, I had another snarky, young recruiter claim he had a job with a company but that he submitted my resume twice (???) with the later one more "updated". And then he admitted that there wasn't really a job available yet, but that they are working on getting one posted and that he would let me know when they did this. I never heard back from him again. Totally ghosted and he did not respond to my messages after that.

Bisher noch keine Jobvermittlung, aber die erste Kontaktaufnahme mit einer freundlichen, verständnisvollen Mitarbeiterin machte einen sehr positiven Eindruck.

Unseriöser Dienstleister. Man wird x mal über LinkedIn angeschrieben. Als es einmal interessant klang, habe ich eine Nachfrage bzgl. der Lage des Arbeitgebers gestellt und auch nach mehreren Monaten (!) keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Ein weiteres Mal habe ich meine Kontaktdaten bei einem Mitarbeiter hinterlegt und dieser hat sich bis heute nicht gemeldet.

Liebe Arbeitgeber: Meidet dieses Unternehmen. Das war das wohl schlechteste Unternehmen, was mich über LinkedIn je kontaktiert hat...

Tolle Unterstützung. Konnten unsere Position in kürzester Zeit besetzen.

They advertise fake jobs online and just call to get your info - even when they already have you on their system.
Don’t waste your time with this lot.
I applied for a job last night, and they called to get some details about what I am looking for. Afterwards - nothing. They’ve done this twice.
Ugly tactics.

Das Unternehmen steht bei uns intern nicht umsonst auf einer Blacklist. Die Mitarbeiter sind ultra penetrant und Wünsche, dass man nicht mehr kontaktiert werden möchte, werden einfach ignoriert. Das Unternehmen fällt auch durch "besondere" Geschäftsgebahren auf - wie hinterrücks Konditionen zu ändern.

Computer Futures have been spamming me for months with irrelevant jobs but an email finally landed that was actually relevant so I sent my CV by return.

Not having heard anything I phoned them to ask what was going on with it and after five minutes of soporific hold music got through to the consultant who’d sent the email. He was barely coherent, sounded like he’d just been dragged out of bed and had no interest in speaking to me. Claimed he hadn’t received my CV and that someone else was actually looking after that role. It was like blood out of a stone to get him to give me that other agent’s email address but I got it and he hung up on me.

Still, one bad apple and all that. I forwarded the email on to the actual agent, got a one-line response asking when my last role in that sector was (which did make me wonder, given that the email she was replying to was a copy of my CV so she had that information right there) and then nothing. Not even the courtesy of a reply to say I wasn’t suitable.

From the other reviews here it seems like I’ve dodged a bullet to be honest. I guess the irrelevant emails will keep coming though.

The worst cowboy operation that I have had the misfortune to work with.
Complete and utter liars and useless. They just seem to want to use that old trick of collecting references and talking to them about potential roles.

Just avoid the whole of the group called STthree

Ohne aktuellen Geschäftsbezug erhalte ich eine Aufforderung zum Einreichen meines CVs. Dies in einem Einzeiler mit einer katastrophalen Grammatik. Will ich so auf dem Markt beworben werden?
Mit dem Verdacht auf Spam stosse ich auf diese Seite, welche das ganze erklärt. Wenn dann ganze drei (!) gute Bewerbungen vorhanden sind, wobei der einzige angegebene Namen für und bei ebendieser "Vermittlung" arbeitet, dann muss ich wohl auch gar nicht darauf antworten.

Zahlungen kommen fiel zu spät oder gar nicht
ich muss ständig hinterher Laufen
der Sachbearbeiter macht nichts und ist nie zu erreichen

Spam Maschine: denen ist es egal was du kannst oder willst. Die schicken dir irgendwelche Jobs, auch völlig abseits deiner Fähigkeiten. Und wenn du denen antwortest, dass dich dieser Spam nervt, interessiert es die auch nicht ...keine Reaktion.
Wer mit so einer Firma zusammen arbeitet, mit dem möchte ich ganz sicher nicht zusammen arbeiten. Wer weiß was da sonst noch alles egal ist.

Be careful of this group. They make fake interviews to collect your information and then disappear. Avoid at all costs.

I have never been this disappointed in any recruitment agency. The treatement and service meted out to me by Lorenzo and Adam was extremely poor and wicked.
Never have I worked with a recruitment agency that has been this incompetent, dishonest and good for nothing.
They wasted so much of my time and effort in attending an interview with a client, offered me the job, called to reduce the daily rate, discussed at length, called me over fifteen times for silly updates, dragged me into a follow up teams video call and all of a sudden went quiet on me.
Three weeks later and not even a call or update from these recruiters to say the job had been given to someone else. This is the level of service being rendered out by computer futures. This is what computer futures has become.
No one deserves to go through such time-wasting, dealing with dull-witted prevaricators as Lorenzo and Adam who hounded me with daily calls then all of a sudden completely cut me off.
I have never felf so used and discarded in all my years of my a professional project manager.

Wo ist die Option null Sterne zu vergeben?
Schlimmstes Unternehmen im Bereich Personalvermittlung. Blos niemals mit denen in Kontakt treten, ansonsten hat man das Vergnügen mehrmals täglich von den verschiedensten Personen des Unternehmens telefonisch und per mail mit Angeboten belästigt zu werden, die null zum eigenen Profil passen. Ich kann nur jedem raten, NIEMALS MIT DIESEM UNTERNEHMEN IN KONTAKT ZU TRETEN. Null Sterne wären hier wirklich angebracht.

Ich habe die Zusammenarbeit mit Computerfutures kürzlich eingestellt. Nach dem initialen Gespräch zu meiner aktuellen Situation und meinen Interessen wurde schliesslich mein CV ohne Rücksprache "anonymisiert" (inkl. Foto) an einen bestehenden Partner weitergegeben.
Ein Handeln in meinem Interesse kann ich hier nicht erkennen. Man erhofft sich ja NEUE Kontakte und Diskretion. Datenschutz und Diskretion sieht aber wohl definitiv anders aus...

Ständig erhält man Mails/Angebote, die nicht mal ansatzweise auf die eigenen Skills passen. Man bespricht das mit dem einen Mitarbeiter, woraufhin man dann von einem weiteren Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens wieder sinnfreie Angebote bekommt. Und letztlich schickt dann auch wieder derjenige Mitarbeiter völlig unpassende Angebote, der noch 2 Monate zuvor alle Daten neu aufgenommen hat, um genau das zu vermeiden. Und wenn man sie dann kritisiert, fangen sie plötzlich beleidigt an, von exklusiven Jobangeboten und 30 jahren erfolg zu schwafeln.. Was aber dem Maurer ein exklusiver Job für Dachdecker nützen soll, das können sie leider nicht erklären.. In meinen Augen ist das sehr weit weg von seriöser Projektvermittlung.

Ich bin Freiberufler in der IT-Welt und wurde von Computer Futures auf meinem Profil bei Freelancermap entdeckt.

Obwohl ich mich bereits mehrfach beschwert habe, bekomme ich seit Monaten Anfragen, die nichts mit mir zu tun haben und mich rein gar nicht interessieren. Ich werde taeglich mehrfach zugespamt und habe den Absender auf die Blacklist gesetzt.
Ein Abgleichen mit anderen Portalen, ob man verfuegbar sei interessiert auch keinen, es wird einfach blind und ohne Ruecksicht herausgespamt.

Dreist und aufdringlich, einfach nur Zeitverschwendung.
