Absolute garbage shop

Absolute garbage shop. They have no customer support system, just an AI chatbot which doesn't even respond half of the time, and says connecting to a live agent, that's it.
Bought KZ Castor Harman from them on 23rd Dec, 24, started to get lower sound to none in the span of a week on the left earpiece in June. I connected to the chatbot and took about 2 weeks just to get a proper response from them. Then I sent the product for RMA in September and got it back on 11or 12th Sept. They said they fixed the issue within the earpieces by replacing the filter. It was working just fine, but now the same thing is happening again in February (Started). If I have to do this every 6 months, that should tell you the quality of the product.
Also, they could have just issued an RMA for a within-warranty product instead of fixing re-occuring problem.

The delivery was supposed to happen on 2nd December, but there has been no update and no response. I am prepared to initiate a cyber crime complaint and also approach the Consumer Court against Concept Kart.

don't buy product from them bought an castor pro from their site found it was faulty try to replace it and only received an automated email to their ai chatbot . and raising a complain via the ai chatbot is always frustrating the ai will tell you its going to forward it to the employs and they will contact you. but no one contacted me after a day or two they will terminate the chat and now i am stuck with the faulty iem

Scammers. Will leave you hanging.

Awful Company. Sent me a damaged IEM cable and upon exchange they do not go forward with the procedure.

I have no way of connecting with the their HUMAN agents, only the AI bot keeps talking, when the real agent did eventually join the chat, he did not reply.

Warranty claim mishandled – defective item returned unrepaired

I purchased the AUDIOCULAR C03 Upgrade Cable (with mic) from Concept Kart in March 2025. After a few months, the mic became almost unusable due to extremely low sensitivity.

I filed a warranty claim through their support system, which was a frustrating experience:

Their bot is unhelpful and repeats the same responses. It took multiple attempts just to submit proof and get connected to a human agent.

After two weeks of waiting, I was finally asked to ship the product. I did so at my own cost.

Once delivered, I waited nearly a month with no updates. Only after repeated follow-ups did an agent call me and promise a brand-new replacement.

Instead, they simply shipped back my same defective cable without any repair or replacement, directly breaking their promise.

This entire process wasted over two months of my time, and I’m still left with a non-functional product. The warranty process feels misleading and untrustworthy.

Warning to buyers: If you expect proper after-sales support or warranty service, be prepared for poor communication, long delays, and no resolution.

FRAUD!!! No customer support!!!

FRAUD!!! Don't buy from these people. Their customer support is non-existent. I wanted to cancel an order, so I contacted these guys via the live chat within two hours of ordering a cable (when the courier hadn't picked up the product yet), but I got no response from their side. They also don't respond to queries via email or phone number. If you're reading this, then I'm requesting you to cancel order number [REDACTED] and refund the money, or I'll have to take this to consumer court. I believe they are paying people to post positive reviews about them on Google Maps because Google Maps is the only platform where they can't delete reviews posted about them, but on other social media sites like YouTube or Instagram they can simply delete the comments.

Don't buy anything from this website i bought tancjim one dsp few months ago now it's right side is not working and I want to claim warranty but whan I want to raise a complaint through email and watsapp both have auto replys which says Thay have a ai chat saport i massage multiple time for live agent saport thay don't respond at all this is total a fishy and scam

Concept Kart is a complete disgrace. Their ‘customer support’ is nothing but a garbage AI chatbot that goes in circles and does absolutely nothing. There’s zero chance of reaching a real human being. No matter how serious your issue is, you’ll be ignored and left stranded. The whole setup reeks of a scam, a shameless money-grab that hides behind fake support. Avoid them like the plague.

No way to contact them once you buy you are on your own they have no dedicated phone number or haven't mention a single phone number to connect with them all you have to do is use their chat box in which you will only get automated AI answers so you are on your own do not buy from concept cartz.

🚫 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER – DO NOT BUY FROM CONCEPT KART! 🚫

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences shopping online, but Concept Kart takes the crown for being the most unprofessional, pathetic, and frustrating platform I've ever dealt with. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, stay FAR AWAY from this website.

🟥 NO contact number. NO real email support. JUST a useless chatbot.
You can’t speak to a human. All you get is an automated bot through which you're supposed to “raise a complaint.” And then? They ignore it. You send message after message—they take DAYS (sometimes 4+ days) to reply with a robotic one-liner that says nothing useful.

I ordered the KZ Castor Pro (Black) with DAC on June 25th (Order #CK141221). The product had a serious issue—I was getting ELECTRIC SHOCKS from the IEM. I reported it immediately, and they said they’d initiate a replacement.

They took back the IEM and DAC.
And guess what? It’s been over a MONTH—no replacement, no refund. NOTHING.
I’ve sent hundreds of messages, practically begging for an update. Each time, they either say “we’re testing it” or “we didn’t find anything wrong but will check again.”

How long does it take to “test” an IEM? Are you building a spaceship out of it?

This is hands-down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They’ve taken my product and my money, and I’m left with no resolution, no transparency, and absolutely zero accountability.

Avoid Concept Kart like the plague.
Unless you want to deal with ghost support, endless delays, and pure disrespect for customers.
