ConnecTen Internet Avis 700

I have been a proud Connecten customer since Sept 2025 and I have always had great connectivity. The few times I have needed assistance, they've been great! Just hop onto the Live chat and they have always helped me resolve the issue. It's usually just a quick reset when I've changed regions in my RV. I definitely recommend Connecten for traveling secure internet wifi or even stationary at home. I do both and it is consistently awesome! Shout out to Angel who helped us most recently!

We take this everywhere, haven't found a place it hasn't worked yet. You call and get a real person every time!! Angel is very good gets us connected to service right away. We recommend this to everyone traveling with an rv, we love it.

I haven't had any connectivity problems in months. For the past couple of weeks, I've had an extremely slow connection and have been dropping offline. Called Customer Service this morning, and it went the way it should. Rochelle pulled my account up and said to give her 30 minutes. If it wasn't working in 30 minutes to call Customer Service back. Speed is back up to 200+ Mbps, and, no connectivity problems. Very satisfied customer.

I use ConnecTen Internet in our camper. We rely on the Wi-Fi to monitor temperature, power and video. Today we were unable to connect to the camper. A quick chat with Angel resolved the problem within minutes. All done remotely. Can’t say enough good things about ConnecTen service and support.

We have been using ConnecTen Internet for the past 5 months while camping. The service has been great for us. The benefit of ConnecTen is we are able to pause the service during the winter months when we are not camping and then in the early spring reactive the service.

The Customer Service at Connecten is absolutely top rate! They are always available, willing and ready to help solve any problems you are having. We truly wish this service would have worked for us, but due to our location, it just wasn't working well.

Today just had a quick question and was responded to almost immediately with a response that was like hearing from a friend. And the answer was complete and satisfactory. For my experience overall; I heard about ConnecTen by a YouTuber and found the service and sales representatives to be prompt and helpful. There has been a few issues but were addressed very quickly and professionally. I have had excellent coverage since my switch and over all I’m pleased with my decision to try ConnecTen out.

Great customer service, Mysti helped me with my internet by changing the bandwidth where we were camping in our RV. I don’t know anything about bandwidth and how all the internet works but Mysti sure did. She changed my bandwidth to VERIZON ?
and I’m with AT&T. Again I don’t know how all this works but they sure do GREAT CUSTOMER SRVICE!

I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and have will be putting our RV on the market so after about 2 years with outstanding support I was sad to have to call Connecten and cancel my account. Each travel trip we made, we absolutely relied on Connecten and always had 100% connectivity whereever we went. At one point I had to call and have them put our account on hold -- they fully understood and I only had to pay $15.00 per month while not using the account as they had promised when I set up the account. Today when I chatted requesting the account be cancelled I was amazed at the nice response that Mysti gave me - absolutely the best, kindest support she could give me - words of encouragement, etc.

Rochelle V was very courteous and took care of my issue quickly. She was also very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I’ve travelled from coast to coast in Canada and have had nothing but great customer service …anytime I’ve had a connection issue the team has been on it and rectified the issue …today Angel was my aid and did a bang up job …big shout out to support for being there…she even did a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied …Tyler and his team are tops for sure

Great customer service and product just works great

I have had ConnecTen for over a year now and it has worked everywhere I have been. I'm a nomad so I go to remote locations and has never failed me. Tech support has been the best I have ever dealt with ever. Only need then 2 times for minor issues of my own. These best internet I have ever had. 200 Meg download speeds.

I am usually reluctant to do a review of most items or services I use but I made an exception on Connecten services. I have used their services for almost a year now and I cannot express how grateful I am to their company model and service team, especially Angel. I travel full time in an RV and whenever I change locations for the most part it works great but if I need a little better service or signal I just call their service number (Angel always answers) 24/7 they check my speeds and set me up with excellent service. I am totally satisfied and happy with Connecten and highly recommend them as your internet service provider. Thank you for doing what customer service should be to its customers.

I live California and I’ve had connecTen for almost 2 yrs and it’s worked great!! I live in rural country, if you do as well get the 5g router! Also, if I do run into issues which very seldom if any, I always get Rochelle to help me without fail, she is great and I appreciate it!

As full-time RVers, we've been using ConnecTen as our primary internet service literally across the country. It's such a huge help to have options on the cell carriers. No single cell carrier works everywhere, but having three to choose from makes it very rare for us to be out of coverage.

Also - customer service is excellent. Just tonight Mysti helped me change my data plan. Like all of my interactions with customer service, this one was handled perfectly, professionally, and quickly. It's good to know that I can connect with a real person 24/7.

What makes this great is the service you receive from Tyler and the team. You ca call anytime and they will help with any questions or concerns. I have had great service and fast internet where no other provider will go. Thank you!

I was told the app is only a few weeks away so that's very exciting.

Switching carriers is really easy now but I can't wait for the app.
