Moesha visited today to upgrade our box and TV equipment. Lovely lass, chatty and approachable. Very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working fully and we were happy before she left. Definitely would recommend.

Had a great experience with Mobido
Had a great experience with Mobido, super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole onboarding process and there was no “hard sell”. Had an issue with contacting the installations dept which he owned and resolved with professionalism. Communication was outstanding.

contacted connect broadband twice now…
contacted connect broadband twice now over the last 6 weeks to take up there offer online and on both occasions have not had a reply , so my opinion at this point is not good ,don't put offers out if you not interested in replying ,
Since posting I’ve had a response so that’s good , but they are unable to provide broadband due to technical difficulties, so I am going to adjust my review and stars to 4 knocking 1 off for late response which I think is fair
