A young man call Owen came to install the Connect Fibre system at our house. He was extremely professional and vey polite. He set up the all the equipment and talked through every detail of the new TV options we now have with my wife and myself.

From the start meeting Martyn who organised the order and connection assessment everything was done efficiently and professionally.The engineers Grant, Nelson, Ged and Matt were brilliant in the installation and the ladies in customer service including Sarah were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would highly recommend Connect fibre to everyone looking for a full fibre installation especially if your located in a rural area.

Good deal and great customer support
Very good deal (intro package for 2 years). Nuss very helpful with initial queries and installation was efficient and tidy, with everyone very friendly and professional. Internet working well so far.

Fast, friendly, efficient
We wanted to organize installation and a pre-installation survey. Chloe sorted this out very efficiently. She was helpful and friendly, and phoned back when she said she would. She also emailed me afterwards from her email address so that we have a named contact should we have any queries.
