placed an order, shipped out, sent back to warehouse for some reason, i requested a refund - no answer, not via email, not via phone. just ignoring clients

This was my fifth time ordering from Conro and my transactions have always gone through smoothly.

Couldn't be easier
I made the order really easily online, the website provides a discount based on volume of purchase and its really easy to see how much of the product is avialable.
The order was dispatched immediately and unfortunately got held up at the Fedex hub, I contacted Conro by email and they immediately contacted Fedex and got the package back on its way. You can't ask for better service than that.
The product was also cheaper than our previous supplier had been selling for, so we were well satisfied with Conro.

Great company to deal with
Was in desperate need of a part that no one else could help with. Spoke with Sue & Claire who went over and above to help even though they did not have what i needed. My order was ready for collection the next morning. A credit to the company.. Thanks again ladies!
