Cannot recommend highly enough
Cannot recommend highly enough. After breaking the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5 and asking around locally for it to be fixed, no one would do it for less than £100. I then found Console Portal, Steve's customer service is fantastic and put my mind at ease sending my Playstation in the post up to Leeds (I live near London) and the price was a hell of a lot cheaper for them to fix it.
I sent the PlayStation away on a Friday morning from the QR code that was sent to my email. Console Portal received the following day and my console was fixed on Monday and I received the PS5 on Wednesday. The whole process was less than 5 days...impeccable service.

Fast and impressive service!
My son’s PS5 had a fan issue, and I’d been nervously searching for weeks for somewhere to send it for repair. After ringing on Thursday, they collected the PS5 on Friday and returned it on Tuesday - fully fixed! Incredible service, highly recommended!

Just had a very good experience with Console Portal. Booking the repair was very easy. Staff follow up was excellent and the collection, repair and return was faster than I thought. Overall an very nice experience.

Booked in my ps5 for a repair, communication was amazing and sent a QR code for free postage. Just before packing to send I tried the console and it was working, I rang the company and were very understanding and refunded the money straight away. Although I haven’t used them this time, I certainly would in the future for how good the service and communication was

Great service and fast turn around. I had a damaged HDMI port on my PS5, it was fixed and had a deep clean service, sent back out to me all within 5 days!!
Console portal kept me updated through out and called me as soon as it was done with a next day delivery back to me!
