What we like about Phil he takes time to explain & if it's something he can teach you so you can sort it yourself next time he will.

Phil was fantastic, my pc just died one day and I thought it was a power issue. I need it for design work so called into the shop cos it's local for me. Took it to him on Wednesday he was fully booked up but said he would be able to get to it Friday at the latest so I left my pc with him. Less than an hour or so later the same day I get a phone call saying he's managed to diagnose the problem (turns out my graphics card had died) and not only that had fitted a loaner card so I could crack on with my work until I sourced a replacement card (Which he also advised me on! I e. fit for my system within budget etc). He gave me a full spec breakdown/ health update on the parts of my pc.
Honestly excellent service and a top guy I can't recommend Phil enough. Extremely knowledgeable and honest.

Proper sound guy, you can tell he has a passion for his work which is refreshing to see, service was great too, straightforward and friendly at affordable prices. Would definitely recommend and go back to for any tech issues

Great Computer Repair guy. Biult me a newer more up to date system and even offered me remote support at home free of charge. All this after taking a home built computer in littered with faults. He ran all diagnostic test first then give me a rundown and helped me work out a solution to the problems I was facing at an extremely affordable price. Will be taking my computers in for repair and buying also buying full systems from him again in the future. 5 stars. Would recommend

Easily the best in Wigan I’ve had multiple problems with my laptop over the past year and each time Phil’s gone above and beyond to get it back to me working. Even sometimes he only charged me for the parts and not labour.

Fantastic service from Phil, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Sorted my pc issues out and it was ready the next day as good as new.

If I could give Phil 10 stars I would. Unfortunately my laptop was so old it would have cost a lot to try and repair it so Phil sorted me out with a different laptop and went through everything . He transported all my old information and went through patiently how to use this laptop. Thankyou for everything and would not hesitate to recommend your business to anyone with a computer problem. Went out of my way to travel to Phil given his expertise with gaming rigs, and I'm so glad I did. He was actually willing give me pointers on how to try a remedy my issue on the phone before even visiting, but alas an oaf like me couldn't figure it out!

Phil sorted a very hands on fault with no issues and gave me useful updates to keep me informed. Very reasonable price, will definitely be using Phil again should I need to.

Phil recently transferred all our data from old computer to new Windows 11 computer. We had excellent service, fast & efficient, and cannot recommend him highly enough. He was very patient with a two peopleof advanced years (!) and explained everything so that we understood! We are lucky to have such a talented & experienced specialist on our doorstep. Ordered a SSD with intent to clone previous data onto the new one, discovered that was impossible and had to change tactics to do a fresh install of windows. Talked me though and gave updates as new information was discovered. Felt incredibly valued and high levels of customer communication throughout. 10/10
