Phil was incredible. Despite the bad diagnosis of my poor Pc we found a solution and build pretty much a new pc re using hard drive, and GPU. A very good price, and ending having a good beast and well looking gaming computer. I do not think could be better place to go in the manchester area, worth every penny.

Phil, Explained issues & quoted fair price to repair, clean & upgrade old computer which has been gathering dust for nearly 3 years. Unfortunately it's windows 10 but can be used for my grandaughter until wndows 10 expires.Would recommend Software Solutions for professional knowledge & brilliant customer service.

September 2025 - Fantastic service from Phil, I would highly recommend and will be returning. I had 2 laptops that needed repairing one relatively inexpensive one and one quite expensive gaming one. The cheaper one was fixed at a fantastic price in less than 24hrs. Unfortunately the more expensive one Phil, told me honestly was going to be too expensive to repair (cheaper to buy a new one!) Thanks for the honesty Phil, I really appreciated it. I will be back to get a more robust gaming PC. Already been quoted a great price. Thanks again Phil. One very happy new customer 😁

I have visited here before and Phil always does a great job for a very reasonable price. Dropped in on spec to see if he could help with my laptop, turning off and not being able to turn it back on, he fixed it there and then but I wanted him to give it a check over and sort out a few running problems So he said bring it in tomorrow and I will give it a clean, an update and check for viruses. He did it overnight and for a very good price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Phil recently upgraded the RAM on my autistic grandson's computer. We enquired on Tuesday, the parts arrived on Wednesday and it was fitted by 4pm that day. He squeezed us in and did it while we waited understanding that my grandson finds it hard to be without his laptop. He even did a quick and much needed clean. Fantastic knowledgeable service!

We had a freak thing happen of the plastic strip on a printer cartidge feed into the printer and get caught on the spool. Phil kindly offered to take a look at it for us and took the time to gently take the printer apart and retrieve the plastic strip. He then performed all the tests to ensure it was returned to us in full working order. Exceptional service and communication.

Dropped my computer off with a fault around 11am this morning, fault diagnosed and fixed, along with a clean and general service by 3pm. Amazing !! Phil was super busy - as always - but managed to squeeze my job in and get it sorted, a life line really as I need my computer daily for work.

Went to Phil to install some fans for me and had some other issues with my PC and He did a really good job with it. He told me what issues I had when I brought it into the shop and did an amazing job. I do recommend coming to Phil if you have your PC to be repaired or if you have a PlayStation or Xbox!

was recomended to use this company after an accident with a coffee spill i rang on monday he wasnt available straight away he said leave your name and number which i did phil got back to me within the hour and asked me to take it in to him .he examined it straight away and he told me the keyboard was flooded and knackered he gave me a price which i was quite happy with he ordered the new keyboard while i was in the shop .he said it might get a few days for it to arrive .i was very surprised when he rang me this afternoon to say it was ready .i can recommend this guys company to anyone for his quick and efficient work .thanks again

Asked Phil to build my gaming pc, he went above and beyond helping out with it and got the build done faster than expected. Wasn't the first time I've been here, definitely won't be the last.
