My experience with NACA has been great so far! The process can take a lot of patience but the support and guidance has been well worth it. My counselor has been excellent in explaining the steps while giving me the extra push needed. Thank you to her ! I’m very grateful for the opportunity that NACA provides to become homeowners . I’m so ready to become a homeowner !!

Working with NACA has been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. Throughout the homebuying process, we've consistently felt guided, well-informed, and confident thanks to the support we've received. Our counselor has gone above and beyond by being attentive, professional, and committed to helping us reach our goal of homeownership. As a hands on person who needs step by step instructions, I can say that my NACA portal has everything I need to complete my action plan towards home ownership. This program has a wealth of knowledge but you have to do your part to get to the goal!

My experience with NACA has been outstanding. From the very beginning, I felt supported every step of the way.

The online portal is very user-friendly and makes it easy to complete tasks at your own pace as you gather the required documents. When I had trouble accessing one of the funding links, I called customer service and was connected with an incredibly knowledgeable representative. She was patient and kind and stayed on the phone with me while I viewed my portal until we resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes. She answered every question I had and even helped me secure an earlier appointment by referring me to another mortgage counselor.

My mortgage counselor has been equally amazing. During our first meeting, I had scheduled the appointment during my lunch break at work. I'm a Research Manager, and an unexpected issue came up that required my immediate attention. I had to leave our Zoom meeting for about 30 minutes and was convinced I had missed my opportunity. To my surprise, when I returned, my counselor was still there. She had continued working on my file while I handled the situation and greeted me by saying I was just in time to finish everything. That level of understanding and dedication meant so much to me.

Before working with NACA, I assumed that organizations offering free or discounted services would be rigid and quick to find reasons to deny assistance. NACA completely changed my perspective. Every staff member I've interacted with has genuinely wanted to help me succeed. They treat people with dignity, patience, and respect, and their mission of helping people achieve homeownership is evident in every interaction.

I also appreciated that my mortgage counselor proactively let me know she would be on vacation, so I understood the timeline for responses. That level of communication made me feel valued and kept me informed throughout the process.

If you're interested in becoming a homeowner and need guidance, I cannot recommend NACA enough. They provide far more than financial assistance—they provide encouragement, education, and a team of people who truly want to see you succeed.

I'm currently going through NACA first time homebuyers program. this program is not a easy process to go through, but if you're diligent organize patient and resilient you could get it done. NACA have some lovely and delightful people who work for the company. Miss wisdom is a Front desk worker that was very helpful and kind to me. Miss Ellen was my first counselor. She was very thorough with explaining the process as well as setting realistic expectations. She also gave me task to complete in a timely fashion, which truly help with this process.

Dealing with NACA has been a great experience for me. While preparing to become a first-time home buyer, this process has also been a great learning experience as well. I am learning a lot about the home buying process and what it takes to become a home owner, My counselor Antonio is very knowledgeable and does not sugar coat anything. I am referring anyone I know looking to purchase a home to NACA.

This is my 2nd time around with NACA! They will hold your hand through qualification while helping you to prepare for homeownership! This time around their systems have been updated and their counselors are readily available!

NACA consumer advocates is a very wonderful program. This program helps you to purchase a home with very limited stress and a lot of financial power. I did my intake with one of the conselors , she was very patient and informative.

Great experience and great customer service

I have been working with NACA on making my dream of homeownership a reality. I never imagined that there would be a possibility of owning a home. With NACA, I feel a lot closer to reaching that reality. Initially, it feels overwhelming with how much information is needed to be qualified, however once things begin plugging in, it begins to make more sense. My counselor has been helpful and responsive, ensuring that I'm submitting everything needed accurately. I look forward to the future and continuously working with NACA.

Overall not a bad program. Helps all families especially if you have the patience as the process is time consuming. I would recommend all parties to go through the program if they are trying to save the most money.

Staff and counselor are so responsive and respectful. They take time to explain all the steps to me
