My experience started when I first called NACA to find out how I can get engaged with the program..called customer service and I was taken through a step by step process on how and what to do to get my feet wet and what to do after the representative was so patient as I had a lot of questions which she took time to explain and I was so grateful then when I was done with doing the course line I got a call from a counselor who ended up being my counselor whom took as and has been guiding my wife and I go through the process of submitting documentation and paperwork required ..our counselor has been very supportive to us and has made it much easier than what I had imagined it to be and we can’t wait till we finally get done and move into our dream home..thank you NACA

I’m currently going through the NACA homebuyer program and have had a positive experience so far. The process is detailed, but the guidance has been helpful and the program offers a great opportunity for people looking to become homeowners. I appreciate the support and the mission of helping families access affordable homeownership.

WE started the NACA process and the experience with the counselors made us hopeful of a greater future. Our counselor spoke to us in a personal level and explained the step by steps on what td do, how to do it, and what to avoid. We really appreciate that level of care and concern.

I had my first Zoom meeting with Ryne Savage, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ryne was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in walking me through the NACA process. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and made sure I understood each step moving forward.

What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was I never felt rushed, and he made what can feel like an overwhelming process much more manageable and straightforward.

I'm feeling confident and excited about the journey ahead thanks to Ryne’s guidance. Highly recommend working with him!

NACA is helping me learn a lot about the home buying process. The counselors are very helpful, competent, and explain things really well for everyday people who are new to the home purchase experience. I also like that there's no long wait list and quick turnaround time from when you submit your documents.

Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with NACA. While the program demands significant detail and commitment, its focus on sustainable homeownership is evident throughout. What made my experience with NACA great was the consistent support and guidance I recieved from my counselor named Dwayne Jordan. He took the time to explain each step of the process in detail, answered my questions patiently, and ,made sure I understood the process. I recently started the NACA process. I was referred to this company by a friend. The process goes pretty fast. As soon as I finished my action steps, I was assigned a counselor and I got an appointment. My counselor is very nice and knowledgeable. I have experience nothing but good things and I am excited about this process.

This is my first time thinking about buying and NACA is a program that provides with a lot of knowledge. Their website and directions are clear and user friendly. My counselor Sheneathia DeLaOz was very relatable and easy to talk to.

Well I was told that the process would not take long after speaking to my counselor, he told me everything was ready to go and do I want to lock in my rate, I said yes because I couldn’t stay were I was at any longer and I voice that to my counselor but it seem like he thought I was lying and trying to get over the system but that was months ago and now I’ve moved out and struggling but I won’t complain because it’s way better then the situation me and my kids were in, I give two star for the lack of consistency and truth

Dwayne (my counselor) has been there with me every step of the way. Always available whenever I have any questions or concerns and also my realtor Reginald.

The NACA program is so beneficial! The process can go as fast or slow as you’d want depending on your ability to gather all the required documentation and response-time to your counselor. I have one of the best counselors. Super responsive and helpful. We communicate almost daily about what the next steps for me are! If you’re considering the program, do some research and go to a workshop near you!

My husband and I just started the NACA process and so far it’s been great. Everything has been really easy to understand, the steps are clear, and the counselors explain everything well. It’s honestly a really good program if you want to buy a home with support and without all the usual costs. We’re happy we started and excited to keep going!

We really appreciate how professional the staff were and how they explained the process to us. We are excited about owning our first home together and what that will mean to our family.

Naca is a challenge especially trying to get everything in portal and making sure everything is right.but I think it's a good program.

I really like going to this program it makes you more accountable for every dollar and gives you the information you need to move forward with your homebuying process it makes homebuying very easy and understandable. Especially when you go to the events everybody so helpful. It makes it feel like you have a full team of professionals looking out for your best homebuying.
