The courier lost the first parcel and after speaking with Jason he called the courier company and called me back to say that he had despatched a replacement. The second parcel was delayed with the courier and when I called, I spoke to Jason again. He once again contacted the courier and this time he got the courier to change the delivery from normal to deliver before 12. The parcel arrived this morning in the alloted time frame.

Always had a good experience using…
Always had a good experience using Consumer Unit World. This time though my parcel was delivered to the wrong address, within 20 minutes of calling them they had found exactly where it had been dropped off so I could go pick it up and not have to disappoint my customer.

Great Service
This was my first use of these folks, and what a joy, they were proactive called me twice to confirm changes to order, all my stuff arrived on day stated.
Can’t fault them, great people to deal with.
