We filed a claim and sent a bunch of pictures even sent them to the owner they sent us a PATCH. Is that their warranty??? Because that is all we received from that company like I said will not recommend them

I personally think the condition of the container that was sent was poor. Had the weather not been bad and I had taken the time to inspect it It woukd have been sent back. At this point after being sent a leak repair for a leaking roof I woykd under no circumstances ever recommend to anyone to do business with you

Please level your container. During delivery inspection with you the doors worked fine and you signed the inspection for the doors. We have videos and instructions on how to level the container.

Container is water tight but had existing damage, patched holes and the doors are nearly impossible to use. I know it was sold as used but I’d think it would be better.

Sorry about your expections on the grade of contianer you purchased. Any container you buy with the exception of 1trips can have previous repairs. We offer our warranty on all of our units incase you have future issues. Our product desriptions mention previous repairs are possible and we try to be as transparant on all of your products.

WELL AFTER PURCHASING MY TWO CONTAINERS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH TODD DEMOSS AT CONTAINER ONE. I BOUGHT TWO 4OFT CONAINTERS (MID GRADE) I WAS IN A TIGHT FRAME FOR DELIVERY. I PURCHASED A DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER WHICH WAS GETTING DELIVERED ON A TUESDAY AND I HADN'T HAD A CALL FROM CONTAINER ONE. LET ME SHORTEN UP MY STORY. I CALLED TODD DEMOSS TO TELL HIM I NEEDED THESE CONTAINERS ASAP DUE TO MY TRAILER WAS GETTING DELIVERED. I HAVE BEEN TELLING TODD AND THE PEOPLE AT CONTAINER ONE THAT I WAS PUTTING BOTH CONTAINERS ON CONTAINER FRAMES AND HAD THEM IN POSITION. WHEN THE TRUCK BROUGHT THE FIRST ONE HE HAD A GOOSE NECK AND COULDN' T PUT THEM ON THE FRAMES BECAUSE OF THE GOOSE NECK. I WAS SO PISSED OFF BECAUSE ALL HE COULD DO WAS PUT THEM ON THE GROUND AND I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE IN THE MATTER. A FEW LATER I WAS ABLE TO GET ON TOP OF THE CONTAINERS TO CHECK THEM OUT AND THE FIRST ONE THAT WAS DELIVERED WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, THE 2ND ONE ON TOP WAS IN VERY POOR, BAD, UNEXCEPTABLE SHAPE. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE MY NEEDLE GUN, GRINGER UP THERE AND DO SOME WORK ON IT AND THEM PUT A LAYER OF COOL SEAL ON IT. IN CLOSING I'M VERY UPSET ON THE CONDITION OF THE 2ND CONTAINER THAT I PURCHASED. I ORDERED MIDGRADE AND THIS ONE IS CRAPGRADE. I WILL NOT SUGGEST CONTAINER ONE TO NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES IN THE FUTURE. I WILL NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM CONTAINER ONE EVER AGAIN.

Wow, we are very specific on how we delivery containers. We can only drop them on the ground with our tiltbed trailers. If you needed them lifted onto a frame you have to get a crane or a large forklift to do that. Nowhere on our site do we say we will lift the containers and and we are very specific and have videos of how we delivery all containers on the ground. As far as grade of the container you bought it is on grade. If you want a container that is new we recomment a 1tri container and it will not have previous repairs. We have a warranty to protect you from any leads or structure issue you may have.

Used (once) container was in excellent condition
Container One was professional and didn't mis-represent the container options/conditions. I bought a "single use" one and received in excellent condition - only had a few scuff marks on the interior. You'll need to follow up on delivery target as they coordinate from various storage sources and schedule with drivers. It's best if you don't need immediately and are flexible.

Review of container delivery
Other than a few problems in arranging delivery date and time. Once I recieved a date and time the delivery went well. The delivery driver was very skilled, he was able to place my container right where I wanted. He was very professional, friendy and skilled. I was very satisfied and impressed with the delivery.
The only problem I found with the contained is when opening when opening the door it makes an extremely loud sqaulling sound. I have used oil, WD 40, liquid silicone and graphite on the hinges to no avail. I found the container had probably been slammed against a hard object bent the frame slightly near hinges. I was able to straighten the damaged area and the problem has persisted. I drilled and tapped each of the four hinges and installed Zirt (grease) fitting and I was able to insert grease in each hinges and the door still screams when it is opened.
If you have any suggestions as to how I can take care of this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Quality Purchase & Delivery
The entire process was very seamless from purchase to delivery. I appreciated that they took the time to inspect our container ahead of time to ensure it was properly sealed. They also made sure the container was positioned perfectly before taking it off the lift. This has been a great company to work with and I can’t recommend them enough!
