Very poor quality
The containers were supposed to be water tight but they had holes rusted through the roof on both. And the company refused to do anything. They said I should have inspected them better before the delivery guy left. They refused to reimburse me for the cost of repairs. I also had to put new floors in both of them.

This container is a piece of junk that should never been sold as “product ready”, but was. Money up front, sight unseen. Don’t do business with this company. They are not trustworthy. I tried to refuse the delivery, but the driver would not return it. I did NOT sign the delivery documents. I filed a complaint, but the company said they didn’t certify the container, that it was up to the customer to have the container inspected. The driver said that a broker approved shipment from a picture the driver took. Buyer beware. Use another provider.

you receive the grade you ordered. You inspected contaier at delivery and if container wa not on grade you could of refused it. Yu signed the inspection report at delivery. We have a warranty department that will glady help you id the container has any warranty claims. claims@contaierone.net. We are veryspecify ientfing our grades and go out of our way to describe conditions of each grade before you buy. You bought a cheaper lower grade.

the dirvers make these decisons based on safety, property damage etc. They go out of their way to drop it right where you want it. They will just not take the risk if property damage or safety is a issue and will ask you for a alternative place to drop it.
A Professional Experience
The customer service to set up my container purchase and delivery was outstanding. The contract delivery service was also outstanding. The pricing was also great. I know where to go for my future needs. Thanks to your entire team.

Doors leak and company wont honor their…
EDIT: Response to your response... How are you to get a video of the sealed doors leaking inside, without putting yourself in extreme danger of having to be Locked Inside? Don't state you do NOT want your customers put in danger when that is Exactly what you are asking them to do!!
Doors leak and company wont honor their warranty. They want you to lock yourself inside the container while its raining to video the leak. First trying to be on-site at the remote location when its raining is a 1 in 10000 chance, secondly to put your customer in a very dangerous situation of having to be "Locked In" a container, us utterly ridiculous. Filed a claim within 30 days of receiving and they refuse to replace with what was promised, like their warranty stated they could do. Plan on purchasing half dozen more on the next few year, thus was our fourth container for them, but will NEVER use this company again

First, our claims team did ask for documentation of the active leak as part of the warranty review process, but we would never ask a customer to place themselves in an unsafe situation. Second, the containers purchased were quoted as 40’ High Cube Wind and Water Tight (WWT) units, which are functional-grade containers intended to be structurally sound and weather-resistant, but they are still used containers and cosmetic wear is expected. Our team works to explain those grades in detail before purchase so customers understand the condition and purpose of the unit they are selecting. Third, our process includes inspection before delivery and again at delivery with the customer before sign-off. We do honor our warranty, and our claims team’s request for documentation was part of that review process. Even so, we regret the frustration this experience has caused. We encourage you to continue the conversation with our claims team so we can find the right resolution for you.

I love this 40 ft one trip container…
I love this 40 ft one trip container with the side doors and one at the end it works perfectly for me . The container is like brand new inside and out . I am so glad I purchased it from Container One they treated me with total respect . The container is actually in excellent condition as I was told it would be . Best part the containers color matches our home and out buildings .Thank you Container One . Logistics delivered the Container and the driver placed it exactly were I wanted it . Thank you again to everyone involved . I highly recommend Container One to anyone wanting to purchase a shipping Container .

Like brand new couldn’t be happier
Like brand new couldn’t be happier. Only issue was driver wouldn’t bring it down a road that tractor trailers drive on said it was too curvy. Had to pay another $175 dollars for someone to bring it to my house. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the container arrived in excellent condition and that you were happy with the unit itself. Delivery access can be limited by the space required for our 40’ hydraulic tilt trailer, including the need for a long, straight, unobstructed path, adequate width, and enough height clearance during unloading. The trailer also cannot turn within the required unload space, so even roads used by tractor trailers may still not work for this type of delivery setup. We understand the extra cost to get the container the rest of the way was frustrating, and we appreciate you pointing that out.
Container delivery was great but…
Container delivery was great but getting it scheduled and then rescheduled over and again was a real struggle. Too many promised dates never happened. The container itself works perfectly and stays dry.

Horrible Logistic Department
Everything regarding the delivery and logistic customer service was horrible. The sales process went fine but the logistic process was a nightmare and the logistic team was totally unhelpful. My unit was delivered a day early than scheduled and the delivery person wouldn’t wait an hour for me to get there and left it in the middle of my driveway. The logistic department apologized but didn’t offer a solution. They said it take a couple months before they might have someone in the area to move it to where it was originally supposed to be dropped.

Delay was costly
Price was average. But delivery was delayed causing much additional cost. I would try a different company in the future.

Look for a container somewhere else
I ordered, and prepaid for , a used,weather tight container for storage.The box that was delivered was a beat up, rusty, piece of junk that leaked in three places.When I contacted Container One to see how
we could rectify the situation,all I got was delay, defer
and denial.Finally, they offered to send me a weather strip kit so that I could make repairs myself. Some customer service. I scrapped, sanded ,caulked and painted the container inside and out, and it is now serviceable, and sits in the back corner of my yard.
I could have saved a lot of time,effort and frustration
by sourcing a container from someone else..

The unit ordered was a Wind And Water Tight (WWT) container, which is a functional grade intended for secure storage and weather protection, but it can still show the cosmetic wear that comes with a used container. When appearance is especially important, we typically recommend a 1-Trip.
We work closely with customers before purchase to explain the different container grades we offer and what to expect from each one. We provide one of the most detailed grading structures in the industry because we want customers to have clear options based on budget, appearance, and intended use.
In this case, the container also went through our inspection process at the depot and again at delivery, where the delivery inspection was signed off at the time of receipt. After hearing your concerns, our team also made efforts to help within the warranty coverage for the grade purchased.
