Did not look like the lush floral…
Did not look like the lush floral arrangement in the advertisement. Packaging made the flowers look smashed. Vase was not as expected! Charging me to return is the final insult. Very disappointed with your product!

Thanks for the review. We'd like to clear one thing up.
Our records show no contact from you about damage or a fault before this review was left, and the return was submitted as a change of mind. That's why the return fee applied — it's the standard charge on non-faulty returns, not something applied because we knew there was a problem.
If the arrangement did arrive damaged or it isn't what was advertised, that changes things completely. In that case the return costs nothing and we'll replace or refund it. Email contact@contempee.com with your order number and a couple of photos and we'll deal with it.

Not bad but not as good as the marketing.
Delivery was quick but the blooms where quite flattened when unwrapped which caused some disappoint when putting the display together. We fixed the problem by buying some extra blooms from a local shop to fill out the vase.

White hydrangea bouquet
Unfortunately, the flowers and foliage arrived crushed as the packaging had obviously had other items placed on top of it during the delivery process. I think it would benefit from a stronger cardboard.
The bouquet is lovely though. I’ve had a go with a warm hairdryer which has helped.

I was very impressed on the turnaround…
I was very impressed on the turnaround time it took to deliver. But also when faux flower arrangement arrived, it was great. Not squashed up like some other suppliers where you have to spend hours un squashing it. Very happy overall and have ordered two more bouquets.
