Company makes a bunch of promises. No leads for months, then 1 day flooded with leads in areas that we dont work in. We have a very specific geography and these leads are not even close. Basically we cant deliver so we will steal as much money as possible before you cut us off!

If you want to spend money for nothing this is the place to do it I spent over $2400 for appointments and did not even sign one up don’t waste your time or money....

I am completely satisfied with the way this company operates. Credits are reviewed and processed quickly with no hassle. I unfortunately started this at the worst time when everyone is at home and bored. Most appointments have been people just curious but not ready to purchase. Not Contractors Appointments fault.

Very honest lead generation company highly recommended. A lot of the leads are not very good but their return policy is solid so who can complain!

You may not get a lot of leads from this company, but the leads you get are awesome verified customers!

Contractors appointments is where it’s at forget home advisor, forget CraftJack, forget all the lead generation companies. Contractors appointments is sending you guaranteed appointments to customers who are interested in the services you have to offer. They aren’t leads they are appointments face to face and if you can’t connect with the customer the appointment can be rescheduled and if the customer flakes you get a shot at a new lead I have been very pleased with the service in my first month I have closed two bids it’s already paid for itself I’m just hoping to increase my close rate as peak season is near. Give these guys a shot I’m telling you. Another awesome thing is the customer service they are always so responsive when I need assistance, I’m happy to see that these people are actually honest people and are actually trying to help us grow I can’t thank them enough for letting me work with their team and I’m hoping for the best year yet!

We have been using this service for about a year now and we could not possibly be happier! The customer service is outstanding. Every single appointment that we get is a good one and all of the ones that are not good we receive prompt credit for. None of the other providers even come close.

Lead sources can be very questionable information as well as difficult to manage

I've used several lead gen companies. Contractor appointments stands out from the rest. Exclusive leads, confirmed appointments, great customer service, easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. Very flexible as well. I love getting confirmed appointments on my dashboard and being able to control my schedule.

They will charge you when an appointment cancels and will not refund your money. I waited for a month and a half to get 1 appointment credit which was another canceled appointment. I was signed up with them for 2 months and received 2 appointments. Be very careful if you sign up with this company.
