We just started working with Contractor Appointments. The leads they have provided us so far have been excellent quality leads. Our only wish is that we got more! Thank you for the hard work!!

This company is a total sham
This company is a total sham. They advertise pre-set appointments for contractors, primarily in the roofing industry. After obtaining your credit card information, they begin charging your $125.00 an appointment. Homeowner's are offended, have never heard of your company and did not agree to an inspection. After several failed attempts to make contact with Sean Conners CEO/FOUNDER via email, phone calls and texts. we were forced to cancel our credit card as they continued to charge it. We requested credit returns to our credit card and have not received a reply and it is not due to a communication error. He's hearing us loud and clear and avoiding,ignoring and continuing to charge the card. This company is a total sham and I will be contacting the secretary of state and any department that issues licenses in the State of Minnesota. I will continue filing reviews on as many sites as possible to help other small business owners to avoid this racket

They offered their service 6 times in…
They offered their service 6 times in 14 days and I declined each time to find out from American Express that they put a $ 125.00 charge each time before their offer came to me to the tune of $ 750.00.
DO NOT under any circumstance give this company your credit card information.

First of all, I'd like to apologize for any miscommunication in regards to your account on my part. I know we spoke last week about getting those appointments in the areas you didn't want, credited. I did apply those credits to your account but I didn't know you wanted them refunded to your card instead of replaced as new appointments in better areas.

Over all I am happy with the service…
Over all I am happy with the service and will continue to use it . My issues concerning the service are the following : Some of the leads are scheduled for the next day and it is very difficult at times to work that out because of our schedules. When this occurs and we can't reach the customer to reschedule we sometimes lose that lead . Secondly , Not being proficient with the dashboard system you use, I never know if I'm being credited when I believe It is appropriate . I email Sean and rarely get a response .

Wayne, thank you so much for this feedback!. This is super helpful as we grow to know how things are working and where communication needs improvement. First off, I'm sorry for the miscommunication on the credits, anytime you email a credit in we've applied that to your account but right now that credit is only displayed on the dashboard (something we need to improve). I'll also send you a private email to walk you through the dashboard. Secondly, we're working on a better calendar integration and I'd love it if you'd be willing to be one of first to try it out! This could help with your scheduling and prevent any double bookings.

Quite a few no show appointments
Quite a few no show appointments. We have explained multiple times not to set appointments with mobile homes. The percentage of qualified leads vs paid for leads are very low. Our future business w/Contractor Appointments will most likely be terminated.
