Everybody helped, but Karen came through like a champ! My order was a bit complicated, as I needed it shipped to Thailand. She got me the quotes and straightened things out when they went wrong! And, a far as I know, my generator should be here in a couple more days!!

How does Naturechlor compare to Force of Nature. I had the FON before I got the NC so first to compare the two.
Advantages of FON
-Has container to make your own solution in.
-Includes a spray bottle.
Advantages of NC
-You simply add the amount of salt and vinegar needed and it runs. With the FON it is super picky if you try to make your own solution and if you are off a bit it will not run. If you want to make your own solution with FON you will need to take a scale out and be super exact in measurements. NC you simply measure in 1/4 a tsp and you are good to go.
-NC you can make so much more at once. With FON you can only make a small amount at one time. I have the NC mini and even with that I was able to make up enough solution to clean my carpets, something that I would have never attempted with FON since the batches of FON are so small. It took 2and ½ hrs. with the NC mini to make a gallon. I think it would probably be worth it to upgrade to the next size up if you want to make gallons on a normal basis.
-NC plugs into a normal outlet and you don’t need to worry about making sure no water gets into the charging port when filling the container with water. The NC you just fill the jug with water before even bringing out the device witch I much prefer. (This is how my FON broke)
-You can use NC to make up a degreaser where as the FON would have never ran with the solution being changed.
-Now having the Naturechlor the FON almost seems like the China cheapy version of the product. It is designed to look nice, but just work ok where the NC is more of the scientist who wants to make a good product but doesn’t care about marketing it in a mas consumer way. I would rather get the high-quality product then feel like I am paying for the marketing.

How does the solution work on different things?
-First let me say I have 7 children and pets so we do A LOT of cleaning in our home. I love the fact that I can hand this spray over to my children to let them use it to actually kill germs while still being safe for them to handle!
-Carpets- Had a place in my carpets where there was urine on the floor. I could not stand the smell, I used multiple commercial carpet cleaners and was left with the stink. I then decided to use bleach (I know not recommended but I was desperate) I bleached the floor and while it did help I was left frustrated because I could still smell the urine. I took this and sprayed it on the spot where the urine was and even before running my carpet cleaner, I noticed a huge difference. After the gallon of solution finished I put it in my carpet cleaner and ran it and for the first time in months I was able to go into the room and it didn’t smell! So for the smell this is amazing. But for the look of the carpet it did not work as well. When I was done my carpets still had stains so I would not say it is the best stain remover, but on that note the commercial solution did not remove the stains either so take it as you may. White carpets and kids/ pets are not a good match.
-Cloth diapers- My cloth diapers were beginning to smell so I took this solution and sprayed them down with it then let them sit for a few hrs after that I put the rest of the quart of the stuff into the wash and let it run. My diapers came out smelling clean! Once again didn’t remove stains but the smell was gone.
-Bathroom- I love this stuff for cleaning the bathroom all over it just makes it smell clean! Yeah I have young children so my bathroom is cleaned everyday sometimes twice a day! I love that I can spray this around all their toothbrushes, bath toys, hair stuff and so on without worrying I am getting something on them that is bad for their health.
-Kitchen- once again I love it in the kitchen it cleans well and I don’t need to worry if I get it on out dishes and food. I love to spray my fridge to keep it smelling clean and fresh. I can spray it right on the loose fruits/ vegies without worrying.
-Washer- I like to spray this in my washer between uses. We always have laundry to do so I just spray this on my washer right before throwing in the new clothes so far it has been helping to keep it from needing a deep clean as often.
-Marker stains on walls- It did not remove them. I mean I don’t know if it is meant to but of course I had to try.
-Furniture- I just regularly spray this on my furniture and curtains and it keeps them smelling fresh.
-Moping- I love this stuff for moping. I feel like a broken record, but it is just so good at making everything smell fresh and clean. I love putting this into my spray mop and I know there are no chemicals left behind and it is safe for my kids to eat those cheerios off the floor.

Part arrived on time.. the shipping cost was a bit high but the part worked as expected.

5 stars for the product itself, but 3 stars to the courier company. This is my second time purchasing a Naturechlor HOCl generator. It is well built and performs perfectly. I now have the naturechlorMax and the regular naturechlor. If you are looking to make your own electolyzed water, i would definitely recommend either one. The purchase process was smooth and the items were shipped out almost immediately. As it was an international purchase, I did have some issues with the courier service the company chose (UPS). The courier ended up losing the parcel and tried to bully me into using their broker services at a very high cost. However I hope Controlomatic will take into consideration adding US Postal service as a logistics choice to the purchaser as opposed to a courier company.

I ordered the NatureChlor Mini and just love it! What is not to like about this natural disinfectant! Smells clean, is clean.

Good updates on shipping time, and excellent product. My test run, using 3 cups of water in a 1 quart jar, with ¾ of the recommended amounts of salt and vinegar (recommendations are scaled for 4 cups of water), and 30 minutes yielded 500ppm. Next time I'll cut the time down to between 20-25 minutes and test. Ph was perfect.
