Our company has been using Convoso for a couple of years now. Easily accessible & user friendly. The only downfall is the occasional pauses between calls but that's probably due to how the dialer is set

Great experience
I was introduced to Convoso at my about 6 months ago. It has a very user-friendly interface for call center agents. The reporting options are robust and the ability to live listen and whisper coach to an agent are amazing! It's a great tool.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. We wasted 30 days negotiating and working with Convoso, only to have them cancel our account last minute due to ‘compliance roadblocks’—even after initially approving our business model. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. If compliance was an issue, it should have been addressed upfront, not after a month of discussions.

I receive calls all day
I receive calls all day. Dont manage any nor do I use the dialer but from my end it is clear and easy to use. I like the call tracking function (timeline) and easy to get assistance if needed to.
