Ordered an Eagle Enamel Baking Tray from Cooksmill which arrived with the corner quite badly bashed - not the "bit of scratched paint" their customer service team tried to characterise it as. When I raised it, I was told this was "purely cosmetic and not very noticeable" and offered a grand total of £2.17 off a £13.02 item - conveniently exactly the VAT amount, so essentially no discount at all.

I wasn't looking for a battle, just a fair acknowledgement that a damaged product had been sent out. Instead I got a response that minimised the damage and made me feel like I was being unreasonable for pointing out something clearly visible in the photo I'd sent them.

In the end I accepted the £2.17 purely because I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning it - which I suspect is exactly the outcome they were banking on. Disappointing item condition and even more disappointing way to handle a legitimate complaint. Wouldn't order from them again.

I had an issue with my order, but Laraib was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Great products received in good packaging and customer service/communication was absolutely excellent!
Delivery could be quicker but I didn’t need premium delivery so it was OK for me.

I ordered some cookie and brownie trays from there and the quality is amazing my bakes came out so well! Customer service is amazing too. They were low on stock for a tray i needed and emailed me to update me and refunded me. I also emailed about one of their products that were out of stock. I got a reply from a William very quickly and they even did a search on their end to find when or if it will come back into stock. They were very friendly and professional. I ordered a 7-litre pressure cooker, and unfortunately the whistle was faulty. I contacted their customer service team, and they responded very promptly. They sent me a replacement whistle the very next day.

I only placed my order yesterday afternoon, and Wow, it was delivered in full today. I laser engrave lots of cutting boards of all shapes and sizes and have lots of fairs coming up over the next two months and this keeps my crafting flowing. Thank you Cooksmill, that was brilliant service.

I recently placed a large order last minute as my normal supplier let me down. Response time to my emails was quick and phone calls answered. I dealt with Laraib who was efficient and got my delivery dispatched and I got it the next day! Will definitely be using them again!

Ordered some crockery for my coffee shop, they offer smaller quantities which is hard to find for commercial crockery, making it possible for me to order a range of things. the delivery was very fast, despite them being packaged well, I had one slightly damaged in transit and they swiftly replaced this via next day delivery and their communication was excellent! I would definitely recommend and order from them again!

I recently started a mobile coffee trailer business. I contacted Cooksmill and spoke to Laraib who was extremely helpful and professional. I required quite a large quantity of quality takeaway cups of various sizes with lids. Laraib together with Nicole gave me excellent service with a discount and ensured the goods arrived promptly for our launch date.

I recently ordered some bowls from Cooksmill and was extremely impressed with both the products and the customer service.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous about placing an order.No need.
Order was a bit late - 4000058002 but received an update confirming this .Customer service response very good .Received my delivery buy a decent courier ,extremely well packed and all in good order .Will order again.

The poor quality of my Seasons Bowl Shape cups was explained as 'individually hand designed' by their customer service.
Absolutely Ridiculous!
The speckled pattern at the bottom of the cups was not spread well. Because of this it looks like there is some dirt at the bottom of the cups left unwashed from the previous use. No designer would do that. Obviously, what they can't sell in their stores, is sold online and if you ask for return, you have to do it at your expense and hit by 30% restocking fee. AVOID
