This is the second time I have used cool contacts. Any queries they are quick to respond. Easy to order online you only need to upload your current eye prescription. The price even including paying postage is much more affordable than my optician and the whole service is fast and efficient. Very impressed and will definitely use again.

While I have no problems with the lenses I think that without my reminder to Abu asking about the whereabouts of my lenses the delay in posting my lenses could have been extended to another week.

The order got lost and nobody noticed until I chased up and then there was still no communication while the order was resent and lenses not as expected. Overall very disappointed, no communication and poor service

The usual, professional, slick service from Abu/coolcontacts. I know I can rely on things running smoothly; but with the knowledge that if I did have a query or something was amiss, I know that Abu is on the end of the end of a phone/message to help with his friendly and professional manner.

Cool contacts offered me the same lens for £60 instead of £165 by my locla optician.

The service care was excellent, a mistake was spotted in the way I had typed in the prescriptio, and corrected immediately.

What a find! For some reason my opticians now don't offer gas permeable lenses, I can go straight to here everytime I need new lenses. Very helpful, no question was too silly. Great company. Great service

i was very impressed that they contacted me straight away after I made my order to check the details. They needed some more information from my opticians, which I gave them and they immediately started processing the order. After spending hours on the web trying to find a supplier for my difficult to find custom made annual soft contact lenses I was happy I found them at Cool contacts. I have ordered three pairs since 2024 and the service and delivery were superb every time. Communication with Abu is very easy via email, Whatsapp, or sms, he always replies within a few hours and keeps you updated about the delivery. Excellent and fast service . By far the easiest company to buy gas permeable lenses from.

CoolContacts seemed to be the only service i could find online that did RGP lens in the UK. So i placed my order, order times are a couple weeks long, which is expected.

However, what prompted me to leave this review was the customer service that checked in during my purchase and after. I appriciate that. Thanks
