Tred to return 4 frames I didn't order, an not one person will help, so a 40$ order turned into a 134$ order..never do business with cons....

My hoodies were here when the said they would be and look fantastic! ! Love the printing in them and the hoodie itself is quality material! !

Terrible. Ordered one tee shirt got a different one. They didn't send an email confirmation and they asked for my 10 number confirmation number when I called them. They asked for that number when I went online. I ordered 9/13 received 10/7. They suck

Order a shirt, was printed, shipped and delivered all within a weeks time. Very fast process. I will order from this business again.

Just like half the people having problems with the product being shipped, I also had problems. I waited patiently for 4 weeks and then received an email saying my product was delivered. I emailed back stating that i never received my purchase. They responded right away and placed a replacement i the mail. I received this a week or 2 later. The quality of the product was fantastic. For those who have shipping issues, my wife and I do ebay sales and we have had a lot of problems with the postai service. We have also had things not delivered and offered refunds with a note that if they received the product enjoy with our compliment. I'm sying this to let people know that the problem may not necessarily lie with company. I have products get lost or placed in postal limbo. We have since started using Fedex for most of our shipping, however they are slightly more pricey. Hope this helps

Amazing product and amazing service. Made my 13-year-old daughter cry tears of joy, then I joined in as well. Very touching moment for both of us and one that neither of us will ever forget ...that to me is priceless!!

I purchased a blanket and hoodie this site is a total scam do not use it. I ordered I ordered in July and still September I have had no delivery. The tracking is a scam it does the same every time moves from one location to ani In the same state in US then it just stops and says departed export center. They have supposedly sent the order twice but I am skeptical if this ever was sent.

Advertised all over social media, take your money and then nothing. Impossible to contact them via email (we live outside USA) unless you have an order number WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED . Like others meant to be a surprise gift for daughter in these difficult times.
Time to call credit card company into action to attempt to recover my money.

Dont use them... I placed an order July 17th 2020. I received and email that the product was delivered. When checking with my daughter, she confirmed she did not receive it. I contacted Cooldaddy Tee and they told me it was lost in the post. Had to fill in a claim form. Several emails to them and I still dont have a credit or resent product There customer service is terrible... !!! I guess I will never see my money or the product. So sad.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They write all of these great sayings but then don't offer any customer service! I had a simple request and they won't even listen. What was supposed to be a great gift for my daughter going to college has now become a time and money waste.
