I bought a tee-shirt from them on May 12 2020,and it is June 4th still no shirt .Everytime I called their customer service and get told 5 to 15 business days. Then they credit me 10 percent back of what I paid for the shirt.I think this company is a rip off they take your money and don't deliver the item you ordered.

I love the graphics on the T-shirt. The T-shirt was good quality. Evidently the company had to print the shirt. I ordered this as a gift and it got here just in the nick Of time. So that being said. Just don’t expect it to get here in a couple of weeks It took my t-shirt 27 days to get here.

I made an order from a Facebook ad on 8 May. It is now 26 May and there is no status change, I cannot get a hold of anyone, and they will not refund my money. These people are straight up crooks. I will be contacting my credit card issuer today and see if there’s anything they can do to help me because these people stole my money. I can’t believe Facebook lets them on their site.Buyer beware!

I ordered a mug from this firm over a month ago money taken out of my account but no mug has arrivedI think we have been MUGGED OFF
Cannot get in touch with anyone as no phone number and no confirmation email so I could get a reference number , if cooldaddy could get in touch with me it will be very much appreciated

This company is a joke for customer service. I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago...I have not gotten an email with my tracking number and without it customer service doesn't work...even by phone! They had no problem taking the money from my checking account! Terrible!

it has been 15 business day and my daughter birthday present never come, I check my order and email customer support and all i get appears to be automated email stated that the product being printing and process. I am trying to support american company but i can seem to get anyone look in to my order. I am giving them by friday to see what happen and then take legal action, get my refund and report this company to better business bureau. they take your money but there is no communication on your order status, as a customer i should have to contact them to find out where is my order.

A little slow on delivery but no problems.

These people DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER and DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS. They CHANGE PRICES of their product between the page you see with the product on it and when you try to check out. I think that's very unethical and that they hope the customer just won't notice until it's too late. VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I placed my order over a month ago and still no product. Now my order # doesn't match my e-mail !!! You got me and my MONEY !!! Thank for nothing !
