Delivery was smooth and loving the wine fridge. Great customer service - responsive and helpful. Eg. Emailed beforehand to ensure the fridge would fit down steps and through corridor.

Hello Mr Hill,
As soon as we saw this review we called you and arranged for a Schuko plug to be sent first class.
Update: This is the first time we've seen this happen with a Vestfrost so we also alerted the importer who have since unboxed their stock to check for any non-UK plug issues and spoken to Vestfrost also. We are assured there are no more units in the UK warehouse with an EU plug.
If you do run into any issue, with delivery or plugs etc it is always best to contact customer support to ask for help if something isn't right the moment you have an issue. Trustpilot reviews can take several hours to actually go live and we may miss the window to resolve same day.
In any case I apologise for the inconvenience of the plug and have passed on your comments to the manufacturer.

Hello Bill,
As per our telephone conversation, unfortunately we could not sell the Montpellier wine coolers to a pub because they are meant for domestic use only. This wasn't noted on the website because until the order was processed we were not informed by Montpellier that this was indeed the case.
I appreciate you feel you have wasted time and effort, though had we allowed that sale to happen you wouldn't be covered by warranty, so whilst I do apologise that the information wasn't provided on the website at the time, by acting and not processing the sale we have done the right thing by you.
We have also added the detail on the product pages for Montpellier to ensure no commercial enterprise can purchase the Montpellier wine coolers in the future. It does not even have this information on their own website, All of our other wine coolers can be used commercially and we did offer to provide you with alternative options. I'm sorry you felt that service deserved one star.
The ordering experience was easy
The ordering experience was easy. Delivery on time and friendly delivery people. The product appears to be working well though I am not entirely sure that it keeps to the temperatures I have selected as it seems to change each compartment by about 3 degrees even when the door is not opened.
My main disappointment is that I have not been contacted (as promised) on vet a month after delivery regarding my free wine offer!!!

Delivery about an hour later than…
Delivery about an hour later than predicted. Deliverers efficient but surly. Based on the website, I had expected them to install the wine fridge, but they did not. Installing not particularly difficult but occupied an hour or so that I hadn’t expected. Fridge itself works well and I’m very happy with the end result.

Hi Jon,
I'm sorry the delivery guys were an hour later than expected, unfortunately as the day progresses they can run later (or earlier) than expected especially if there is traffic.
Regarding installation, it is the case that the wine cooler should be unpacked and positioned and this is the service that we ourselves pay them to do (we use a logistics company to deliver for us). It's too late now in this case but had you called us we would have insisted this was carried out for you. That said, its the first time I've heard of this occurrence from this delivery company.
On the plus side, I am pleased you like your new wine cooler and I hope you have many years of enjoyment from it.

Seriously guys, Coolersomm is a great company.
I have a restaurant and recently bought two wine coolers. The service was polite and efficient. We received both items within 2 days from the order at no extra costs. They emailed us after the deliveries to make sure the items were correct and in good order. In 25 years working in hospitality I have never encountered such a nice company when it comes to catering equipment. Totally recommended!
