Not delivered! Silence no email but took £40 if my money. I will be reporting this to my bank.

Ordered on 26 June and paid immediately. It's now 4 July and the towels haven't even shipped yet. No updates, no notifications about delays or anything. Just...silence.

Ordered 24th June. States 3 to 4 working days. 5th July no package. Sent request about order on their platform, nothing.
Orderd from the original towel company given the story, could have bought copy's from various companies and cheaper but, i like to support the story given behind this young lad.
Very disappointed, no communication response. Thought id have it in time for the next heatwave.
Not good really. May have to phone up my credit card company.

Ordered a towel on the 25th June and it is now the 3rd July and I have still not received this. I have emailed but no reply. Web site says if you have not received the product in 3 days to contact them and they will reply immediately. Guess what... they haven't. Terrible customer service. Please sort it out!

Placed an order on Wednesday the 24 June. It’s now now 1st of July and although I have contacted them by email, their website chat and Instagram I have been ignored across all platform with no tracking update provided at all.

I still don’t have my product one week after ordering without any contact at all.

Ordered 23rd June and I’m still waiting to receive this cool towel checked via Shopify for any updates NOTHING !!! No sign of it won’t respond to emails no other way of contacting them FUMING ! taken it further if not delivered and want my money back why push this as a great product if you can’t fulfill your orders .

Purchased via TikTok… out of desperation like so many, during this heatwave to try and keep the dog cool. 5 days later the order is showing as “delayed” (something that was not made clear when purchasing) and I have to wait another 4 days for TikTok to cancel.
I honestly wish I hadn’t bothered, other reviews show the product isn’t even worth the wait. What bothered me most was the TikTok content creators desperately pushing the product when they can’t even fulfil previous orders.

Damaged bottle when it arrived as it wasn't packed properly meaning I can't use the bottle to store which was the bit I liked about this product. I really don't like the towel either - yes it feels a bit cold to start with, but to be honest - it just feels wet - in turn just making me feel more damp and clammy.
Bad product - I wish I hadn't wasted my hard earned money. Do not bother.

10x the cost of the exact same item on Aliexpress, only thing that’s entrepreneurial about this product is maximising profit with minimum effort

If I could give zero I really would. Awful to deal with. Cheaper on other sites but I wanted to buy from source. Never received items and despite me contacting them twice I have never heard from them.

Placed an order 9 days ago, chased as didn't receive any tracking/shipping confirmation, emails and social media messages ignored. Finally got a reply after 7 days staying my order would be sent that day, then when i chased again the next day, I was told they cancelled my order! Customer service is diabolical and constantly contradict themselves. Order from other company not this as they are worst I have ever dealt with....
