First service
Adam came to do the first service on my aircon units. He was polite and engaging and explained everything he was going to do. He was clean in his work and also helped me set up the WiFi on my phone to operate the units. I could not have asked for better service.

The 6 months service of my Cool You system, was done by a very friendly and experienced person who explained what he was doing and and instructed me on the use of the remote control as I had never used it so far. The name of the service engineer was Andrew. I thoroughly recommend him to do the service. I would like to give him 10 out of 10 marks on his work done.

Adam was the engineer that did the…
Adam was the engineer that did the servicing on my aircon unit and he was great, arriving on time and I was able to ask questions, get some useful tips and very prompt and professional. The initial setup was very quick and could not recommend more. I’ve had no issues at all, the aircon works great and has been a life saver.

Great service & polite engineer
Such a smooth service. Andrew was very polite and efficient, making the visit no trouble at all. He covered all relevant questions and left the flat as he found it, even offering to help move furniture back.
