Coramoon Avis 

To be fair i bought a product from coramoon before checking the reviews.. Not normally something i do but i did this time..
After reading the reviews i feared that i had been scammed so i decided to cancel my order.
As i had purchased via PayPal i could send a request for cancellation via PayPal to coramoon itself.
I wrote an email for the reasons why i was cancelling.
Coramoon responded politely via email back and were willing to upgrade my order with an extra gift.
To which i replied, that due to all the bad reviews i know longer trust my purchase so therefore i would like a full refund.
Their response was really swift and friendly explaining about the reviews and that they would refund me in full.
Within the same day i was refunded via paypal.
I think purchasing through PayPal did help with the situation but all in all paypal and coramoon responded fairly and were very helpful with the situation.

This website is a complete scam, the clothing quality is a joke. To give one example: They sewed the "hood" on the front and backwards, using cheap fabric and odd measurements. I am not able to return my items because shipping to China will cost over $45 with no guarantee, and so I lost over $130 in this transaction. I will be reporting this website to FTC fraud.

If I could go Lower then 1 star, I would. Worst customer service- it's what I've come to expect from companies in China, sadly. The feel of the fabric is Horrible at best! They do not lay properly at all. Nothing is what it seems here. Those are the Best things I could say about my experience. I only received 1(One) item of 11 I ordered, I couldn't get them to respond both independently and via PayPal with anything more then their basic return policy. It took me 3 months to get back almost$400! Save yourself a headache and keep scrolling by their ads. I took one for the team here folks, learn from me, AVOID!

Scam site posting images of other companies designs and passing them off as their own.

The fabric is of very poor quality, and it is not properly sewn. Returns must be sent to china at your cost - which is not stated transparently on the Website!

Read all the terrible reviews about art theft, below. I'm one of those people that fell for the scam. I thought I was purchasing from the original company, but I received this garbage. The items I received were absolute trash quality, printed poorly on very cheap, "satin" material. I don't even know what to call it, it's flowy but stiff ??? And the styles of clothing do not match up with what I bought. Things that we're listed as split skirts arrived as awful, I'll fitting pants. I spent an embarrassing amount of money. To return the items, they made me pay to ship them back, which they said would be $30. It was $60. I sent the package back July 1st, it took until November for the package to clear customs and I don't believe it's even reached their warehouse. You have to ship everything back to China, they do not have an American hub. I've now gotten radio silence from their customer support team in regards to my refund. However, they initially offered me a 30% discount on a future purchase. 🙃🙃 Moral of the story, biggest mistake I've ever made, they're a total scam and a terrible company. DO NOT FALL FOR IT AND PURCHASE A SINGLE THING.

This is a scam, they steal illustrations from small independent businesses which is awful!! I wouldn't buy anything from this company!

Was going to buy some pillows. Saw the exact same pillows on another website, got confused because the price was so different. They are apperently stealing other peoples artwork and make cheap copies of it.

These are stolen patterns with terrible resolution as a result. Would not recommend.

This company is stealing designs from artists and taking profit of it. Absolutely disgusting! Stealing anything makes you a thief!

Art print is stolen from small business owners. Where else are they cutting corners? If they don't pay their designers you can bet the textile workers aren't getting paid a fair wage either.

Coramoon is a total scam!!! They use stolen artwork from at least two legitimate artists that I follow on Instagram, and print low res versions of it on their garments claiming it as their own. The original artists have NOT given Coramoon permission to do this. This is straight up theft, and complete and utter disrespect to the craft of the artists that dedicated their lives to their artwork. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CORAMOON!!!

This brand steals designs from other small independent businesses without their consent. This is not only damaging to these businesses and artists, but also scamming customer's into thinking their designs are exclusive. Please avoid purchasing from this brand at all costs.
