Corksystem Avis 

The products are diverse so I could get exactly what I needed (1m x 2.4m rolls of 7mm cork sheeting), and the price was quite reasonable. It's lovely quality and I can't wait to get it up on my walls. I placed my order and less than 24 hours later I had it – and I hadn't even paid for express shipping! I'd sent specific delivery instructions to the customer service email and they passed these on to the courier, who followed them. A positive experience from start to finish. If I need to buy more cork I will definitely do it from Corksystems.

Terrible service, ordered expedited delivery 3 days before and they still didn't deliver on time or the correct items. Firstly after I ordered no one phoned me back for over 3 hours, when he phoned back he said he was at lunch and left his phone in the office. He then lied saying he was going to send the missing items via DPD, which he did not. Product was actually ok but not worth the hassle ordering from this incompetent company

I was really happy to find exactly what I was looking for on Corksystem's website and was pleased with how quickly my order arrived. I would have given them 5 stars, but the delivery company they used left the (large) package outside on the doorstep, without ringing the doorbell to let me know they were delivering, and ignoring the prompt on the address label for a signature.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I returned my order in full, exactly as I received it, the very next day. Now they are claiming that they only got back half of the items and refusing to acknowledge the rest. This is completely unacceptable — I sent everything back, and I know exactly what was in that package. Either they lost it or they’re not being honest, but it’s unfair to put the blame on the customer. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would caution others to be very careful before doing business with them.
