Above and beyond
Gem and the front desk staff were amazing! They were kind, helpful and always had a smile. I lost my sunglasses. They were at the front desk. I couldn’t figure out how to work the stove. She came to the apartment and helped me. I struggled to lock my door. The person on the floor cleaning stopped to help without being asked. I couldn’t have asked for more!

The stay has been super great especially due to the responsiveness of the team particularly Grishma, Doshi and Gem and their timely Cooperation for any minor issues we have had or anything needed. Thank you Corporate Stays. We dis the booking easily thanks to Hussein. We stayed in C Loft. Great Location. Unit was really clen and tidy. We stayed comfortably. We had some problems with the cards. Ateeb took care of them right away. Many thanks. See you next time.

Horrible company buyer beware
Horrible company buyer beware! Customer service is Lacking. Do not stay at their properties!! I booked with them through Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy at their JOSEFA by URBANISTA unit in Mexico City. After my 2nd night, I started encountering power issues affecting AC, TV kitchen appliances and internet. It was minor and rare the first night and worsened each day till it was down over night and then again for hours the next day and I had to leave cancelling my stay early as it was no longer bearable. Several calls and emails to them reporting the issue and requesting someone to come look was slow and painful. They finally confirmed an early check out and a promise of a credit. None was given and I had to dispute with my credit card as they got a case of amnesia and have no record of any issues reported even after call records chat text and emails were shared. Building front desk even confirmed a power issue with multiple units. this company is not honorable and you should steer clear of them.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el servicio en general es pésimo, para entregar el acceso fueron 2 horas, había una gotera y en ves de cambiarme de habitación colocaron una toalla y por último un domicilio que pedí, el señor de la recepción me confirma que no ha llegado nada y al día siguiente el pedido estaba ahí. Conclusión bonitas instalaciones pésimo servicio para resolver situaciones

Great Rental in Dartmouth
My stay in Dartmouth has been excellent so far! The accommodation was exactly as described and is in a fantastic location. The team has been incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Gem, Grishma, and Ateeb for making everything run so smoothly. Their professionalism and helpfulness have made the experience even better.
I wouldn't hesitate to book with this group again in the future and would happily recommend them to others.

From start to finish my family had a great experience with the Corporate Stay team. Their Laval location was excellent with all the amenities and apartment was spotless upon arrival.
My daughter forgot her backpack and the process was a bit limbo until Ateeb came on board my case. He really helped streamline and improved my experience above and beyond along with their local ops team, Roman.
Definitely a positive experience all around. Attentive and professional!

Grishma & Ateeb are excellent
Grishma & Ateeb are excellent , they are so respectful, and fast to respond to anything that may come up that I need, such as the dryer not working; he sent a repair person right away to deal with it, or if I have a question, or need help, they take every request or concern seriously and respond immediately.
I feel safe in the building, its maintained very well, and super clean. They are both amazing, and super professional. I am living at Corporate Stays for a 6 month stay, while working in Halifax, its great! I highly recommend them. Thank you Grishma and Ateeb, for making my stay so perfect!

Grishma Doshi Hussein have been INCREDIBLE to work with! This is my second time staying with Corporate Stays and any time I travel for work I will absolutely be staying with them again. They are always so responsive to emails and requests and always take care of anything I need during my stay.

They cancelled last minute and left us stranded
I had a 10 day reservation booked and I asked about parking and they requested $35 per day to park. I declined and decided to Uber as the $350 would be more than the cost of my Ubers.
They then cancelled the booking 2 weeks before arrival to extend the current guests stay.
It really left us in a bind and quite stressful to find other accommodations. They did offer to put us in another suite, but there weren’t enough beds so we had to decline.
*Their reply states they gave us 17 days notice which is incorrect. The cancelled on us June 25 and we were to arrive July 10. That is 15 days. 15 days to find a 3 bedroom (or at least 3 beds) for someone who is walker dependent. They were aware of our mobility needs as I confirmed prior to booking.
Airbnb could not find an alternate arrangement that met our accessibility needs let alone one within our budget in the very busy season. I requested they offer the two bedroom to the guests wanting to extend their stay and never received a reply. I was ghosted for any additional assistance until I wrote the review.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we were unable to honor your original booking. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
We would also like to clarify that, in accordance with our cancellation policy, we notified you of the cancellation 17 days prior to your scheduled arrival to provide as much advance notice as possible and allow you sufficient time to make alternative arrangements.
In an effort to avoid canceling your stay altogether, we also offered you a larger suite as an alternative. However, we fully recognize that it did not provide the same sleeping arrangements as your original reservation, and we completely understand why it was not a suitable option for your group.
Your feedback is very important to us, and we are using it to improve our operational planning and ensure situations like this are avoided whenever possible.
We sincerely apologize that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
