Ordered after seeing products at RDS baby fair in Dublin. Beautiful products but couldn't find in stockists to view in Ireland. It's a pity they are not stocked or easily available except online.

This brand is superb! I love the prints and colours, and my baby love them too, their product are gorgeous and the customer support is really great, I would recommend to every parent. I have the travel system, car seat, compact stroller and I can genuinely say it have been my best purchases.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Despite car seat bundles being advertised as "all you need", after waiting excitedly a month and a half for our delivery, it did not include the essential ISOFix car seat base compatible with the baby seat. They might as well have shipped the buggy without the wheels. This leaves us disappointed, frustrated, out of pocket and confused as to where to go now. Their customer service phone lines are not available mid-week.

Highly recommend this travel buggy
Highly recommend this travel buggy. Absolutely delighted with it. Its so sturdy and folds up very neat. The farm style I picked is Absolutely beautiful. Comes with footmuff, rain cover and cup holder.

Awful customer service,when you ring…
Awful customer service,when you ring phone number that is on the webiste,a machine answers and it says that the phoneline is closed and I am ringing at 9:54am,so they should be open at that time.Can't register the stroller I bought,the website keeps loading.Tried to do that on my phone and on my computer,the same result.Can't register it.Emailed customer service,no reply since.Just awful.Wouldn't recommend to anyone to deal with them.

The product has everything needed for my little family
The product has everything needed for my two children brilliant it goes upto 25 kg as I have a 2 year old and a 5 months old n they switch as have carrier for the baby and all other companie do only to 15/20 kg it has bar,rain cover,foot moof,cup holder and beautiful car designs as my eldest loves cars and my baby son probably will too the service was so quick I couldn’t believe how quick and neatly packed very easy to order all round amazing and so got it at a good price as was waiting as with all baby stuff 279 was just too expensive for a light buggy but the discount to 200 made it brilliant and now we have our beautiful lightweight buggy and I don’t drive and use a bus bringing my eldest to school so really needed so thank you so much Cosatto please bring more deals my way as I love your products

The product I received is Devine, a bit of a mú up with the release date and delivery but was delivered before the amended date. Absolutely thrilled with the product for my first grandchild. Will be putting in car seat order when bigger one is needed.

Woosh 3 stroller
Ordered Woosh 3 stroller. It always takes at least 2-3 attempts to fold it, no matter how many times I practiced to master folding it, it never folds with first attempt. The most frustrating thing for me is the clamp that holds the back of the stroller. Every time when my child falls asleep and I want to release the back, the clamp gets stuck and I can’t ever regulate it. I have owned 2 different non cosatto strollers before and never had these kind of issues, and because of that I’m not happy with this stroller at all.

I've bought other products from Cosatto before but never had to reach out to customer service until this time. I've tried reaching out on my query a couple of times and 15 days later I'm still waiting to hear something back apart from an automated email that says my query was received.

The nicest buggy I’ve ever seen
The nicest buggy I’ve ever seen , so comfortable for our 12 month old granddaughter. The pattern on the fabric is so nice, very unisex. Also is ideal for flying as its cabin approved and a bargain at the sale price of €149! I highly recommend this buggy.
