Cosmic Crystals Avis 

Have bought from this company before with no issues but last necklace had a chip on the silver part and badly tarnished in the other side . Customer service sent a replacement that never arrived . They said they would raise the issue with Royal Mail but are now no longer replying to my emails . Their phone number doesn’t not connect . They don’t reply to emails sent through their website . I have contacted them more that 10 times by email and am being ignored . Disgusting service from a company I previously used many times .

I was so upset to find out that my chakra bracelet string has dye transfer from the blue “crystal”. This is a warning sign that it is not genuine crystal. Beware. The website looks very professional as does the packaging but I have now lost faith in both the authenticity of my bracelet and necklace that I also purchased. I emailed them today,
Saturday, so let’s see what their customer service is like in refunding upset customers.

I'm waiting for a pre-paid label to return my item, a green aventurine crystal necklace, cost £57.99 and the chain was dirty, the pendant marked. They are aware and said I've 14 days to return item but haven't received an email with my return label attached.

ordered 3 necklaces they arrived quickly , but did not look like the picture and was not crystals but glass , better places to get the real deal , will not be ordering anything like this online again, lesson learnt just hope my return/refund goes smoothly

Received 2 necklace one with carnelian and one with citrine. Far away from the picture, they look like plastic and they look cheap. I'm sorry but I don't think they are even real, because they say to keep away from water, and one of the ways to clear the stones is to put them in salted water. Mhhh.

They sell fake citrine. Real citrine is not supposed to have a white base, or splotchy dark colours. That is just heat treated amethyst, cheaper than real citrine

I brought a crystal from cosmic crystal that turned up nothing like the picture extremely poor quality the gold looks like foil it cost me £41 so thout it was going to be good quality but even the diamond was scuffed and very chunky looks like kids jewelry

Poor quality! Avoid! I ordered 2 necklaces from cosmic crystals, I received them on the 29th October 21 and the chain snapped on the 11th December, i didn’t manage to email them until after Christmas, I emailed on the 8th January and they won’t replace the chain, the chain was poor quality and I expected better, not to mention they ignored my email from the 8th January and I had to chase again and they only got back to me today. customer service is awful and I won’t be shopping there again

Really good crystals. i ordered from here as they had gold crystal jewellery. the gold was green and brown very within one day. If you are buying gold i would not recommend.
