Overall is good, only the thickness of the metal could be greater and the paint comes off if the temperature is very high. Other then that is good .

Cosmo are decent people producing an excellent and good value range. They just need to think a little more.

Found the Cosmos website very easy to follow and the advert, and reviews for my bbq very factual.
It’s early days but found the instructions and bbq easy to put together with the bbq itself particularly well made.
This bbq was the first charcoal one we have used and found it easy to lite, likewise it was good to work with, producing some lovely food even for our first attempt.

Ease of ordering. Good delivery times. Quality of products. Customer service when I ordered two extra products.

Goods not received, suspect lost by the carrier. Chased Cosmogrill as the shipper and they have done nothing about it. Will be chasing them again this week.

Needed a replacement bbq smoker cover, ordered the wrong one initially, returned and within 2 days of Cosmo receiving, correct replacement arrived - excellent informative and polite service from Yanny and Kiran - many thanks

Excellent gas grill. Got it for a last minute party and it did an excellent job. Ordered and received it the following day.

The barbecue and grill we received is excellent. We were fortunate to buy in the sale so we received 'more-bangs-for-our-buck' and the quality was already great value for money. It was a present for our son and he built it with a bit of a struggle and the result was well worth it. When we discovered one of the plates had small damage to it, he contacted CosmoGrill and it was swiftly replaced.

Well made and works well

Really simple to assemble and sturdy construction. Looks fantastic and easily best BBQ I have owned.
Still to use as the British weather closed in on me but looking forward to its baptism.
Worth getting the cover as fits really well which tightens round legs.
Really impressed with this product and recommend.

Very pleased with cosmo grill, delivery was very quick.

Overall good experience ordering and quick delivery. We ordered the XL Smoker Charcoal Barbecue. They use dpd instead of Evri so a huge plus from us. It's a great looking BBQ and feels sturdy. Plenty of room - we had a few different meats and veg cooking all at once when we first used it.

My only two gripes are how tricky it was to assemble and having to order the cover from another company. You'll need two people, plenty of room to spread everything out and at least an hour or two. We wanted to purchase the cover for our specific model from CosmoGrill but thought their logo took up too much space on the front and only comes in black. We bought a cover that wasn't so 'loud' elsewhere.
